Marina di Massa is a hearty and lively town by the sea and an ideal starting point for sightseeing and experiencing it. Possible one-day excursions to Pisa, Lucca, Florence, Siena, San Giminiano, to the marble quarries of Carrara, etc. From June to the end of September: daily boat connections to the Cinque Terre, Lerici, Portovenere and to the islands.

A wide, wide and fine sandy beach, a crystal clear sea and a green, mountainous hinterland d and a fantastic and unique landscape are the basis for an unforgettable holiday!
The landscape changes in a few kilometers completely: from the sea to the Apuan Alps (2165 m high), whose riches have been appreciated by humanity since ancient times. For example, the world-famous white marble from Carrara 'Bianco di Carrara' was mined in the Roman quarries in the Carrara quarries, and the low-water springs originating from the mountains are particularly healthy. Beautiful Italy
Very friendly, warm-hearted landlords. With many valuable tips. We felt very comfortable.
Great view from the house to Massa and the sea. The marble quarry Micheangelo in Carrara is very worth seeing and impressive. Pisa can be reached quickly and cheaply by train. The beach of Marina de Massa is a great sandy beach. We highly recommend the accommodation and the surroundings.

Holiday flat away from mass tourism
The very nice holiday flat with 2 rooms,2 bathrooms with shower and toilet and well-equipped kitchen is located on the ground floor of a terraced house with separate access.Furthermore, there is a great big garden with citrus fruits for the sole use and beautiful views of the mountains and the sea,a private parking space is located in front of the house.Nino,our always good-humoured and excellent German-speaking landlord made a small city tour with us on arrival,also otherwise provided us Fam. De la Pina with great tips.Shops and restaurants are easily and quickly accessible. The train station with direct connections to Pisa, La Spezia and Florence is a 30-minute walk away. For pure bathers, the beautiful beaches are a bit far, but quickly reached by car. All in all, we felt very comfortable and would rent again with the De la Pina family on our next Tuscany holiday. Thank you again for a very nice holiday.

Ideal flat for a holiday in Italy
The flat has a great location, only a few minutes by car to the beach and shopping facilities; restaurants and bars are within walking distance. There are plenty of places to visit in the area, we couldn't do everything we had originally planned in 14 days. Especially the mixture of mountains and sea in the area is impressive.
The hosts are incredibly friendly and give tips on places of interest, good restaurants or which wine to buy. We also got homemade salad and Nino accompanied us to the car repair shop when we had problems with our car.
All questions before and during the holiday were answered quickly, the reservation was uncomplicated.
For us, it is clear which flat we will take on our next Tuscany holiday ;-)

Great, country-style holiday
It was a great holiday. The landlord was very nice and helpful and always went out of his way to make us feel very comfortable and welcome. He gave us lots of insider tips and familiarised us with the country and its people. He was also approachable around the clock and was very keen to make sure we had a great time. We were far away from typical German tourism. The sea was 4.5 km away, but we knew that beforehand and were prepared to use the car accordingly. The accommodation itself was very clean and well maintained and had a great garden that we could use. The bedrooms were a bit in the basement, which was great in the hot temperatures. It was easy to reach the centre of Massa on foot. The price-performance ratio was absolutely right. We had a varied and relaxing holiday and would always recommend this holiday accommodation.

Perfect holiday

Top accommodation
We spent a super relaxing holiday in the flat. The flat had all the equipment you need for self-catering, nothing was missing. There was also a garden. We were within walking distance of a beautiful beach. The flat was very clean when we arrived. If we had any questions regarding excursions, our landlord was always there immediately in person and gave us tips. From the booking to the information/support before, during and after the holiday, we were very enthusiastic. We would definitely recommend the accommodation to others

Erholung pur
Wir haben in einer schönen Ferienwohnung unseren Urlaub verbracht. Es war alles da, was wir brauchten. Uns hat der tolle Garten, den wir mitbenutzen durften, sehr gefallen - ein kleines Paradies! Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind nicht allzu weit entfernt. Die Familie Della Pina war ein wunderbarer Gastgeber.... zuvorkommend, freundlich, hilfsbereit! Großartig Gartenwohnung im Marina di massa
Tolle Wohnung mit alles was zu wünschen hat. So ein schöne Garten
Lage perfekt, alles zu fuß erreichbar, Zentrum, Strand, Supermarkt, restaurant...
Aber sehr ruhig gelegen mit sehr nette Nachbar.
Der Gastgeber Nino macht alles einfach. Sehr Hilfsbereit . Hat viele gutes Tipps gegeben.

Ferien in der Toscana
Wir (2 Erwachsene, 2 Teenager) durften 10 Tage in dieser tollen Ferienwohnung verbringen. Die Wohnung lässt keine Wünsche offen. auch wenn sie nicht klimatisiert ist, hatten wir es immer schön kühl. Lage: Pizzeria gleich nebenan, Einkaufsmöglichkeit auch zu Fuss erreichbar (5-6 min.) Zum Strand sind es 4-8 km je nachdem an welchen Strandabschnitt man möchte. Die Buchung und die Informationen/Betreuung vor während und nach dem Urlaub sind beispielhaft! Der Vermieter hat viele Tipps und interessante Info`s zur Umgebung, den Stränden, Restaurants usw. Ausserdem spricht er mehrere Sprachen (Deutsch fliessend) Wenn man etwas braucht - er weiss bescheid! Diese Ferienwohnung können wir gerne weiterempfehlen! Fam. C.

Urlaub Italien
Es war wieder einmal wunderschöne Zeit, nur diesmal war die Ferienwohnung etwas weit vom Strand und Marina Di Massa. Man war immer auf das Auto angewiesen.Ansonsten kann ich es nur weiterempfehlen.

Super Urlaub in Massa !!!!
Verreist als Familie (e Erw. + 2 K). Wir hatte tolle und erholsame Zeit in Massa verbracht. Uns hat nichts gefehlt, Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und sauber. Man hat direkt in der Nähe Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und viele Restaurants. Durch die Tipps und Empfehlungen vom Nino, konnten wir tolle Ausflüge machen und lecker schlemmen gehen;) Vielen lieben Dank nochmal.

Toller Urlaub Dank Nino!
Nino ist der beste Gastgeber, den man sich vorstellen kann! Dank seiner vielen Restaurant Tipps und Empfehlungen wurde dieser Urlaub zu etwas ganz besonderem. In der Wohnung haben wir uns wie zuhause gefühlt. Besonders gefallen hat uns dabei, dass die Wohnung nicht mitten in dem sehr touristischen Ortskern liegt. So konnten wir das authentische Italien kennen lernen. Nino war dabei nicht nur der Vermieter, sondern ein toller Gastgeber. Bedanken möchten wir uns dafür bei ihm, denn ohne die tollen Tipps von Nino wäre der Urlaub nur halb so schön gewesen.

Ruhig gelegen/ viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten günstig zu erreichen. Nach italienischem Standard gut und sauber ausgestattet. Prima für Familien mit Kindern (wir waren mit 3 Kindern im Alter zwischen 6 und 12 Jahren). Wohltuendes mediterranes Ambiente mit kleiner überdachten Terrasse, großem, gepflegtem Garten, gemütlicher Sitzecke und genug Platz für gemeinsames Herumtollen oder Abspannen. Ca. 4,8 km vom Meer entfernt, für kleinere Kinder gut geeigneter Freistrand mit kostenlosen Parkmöglichkeiten. Service herzlich und persönlich, sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Vermieter, stets erreichbar, gute Informationen zur Umgebung wie Restaurants, Sehenswürdigkeiten, Stränden.

Superurlaub
Schöner Urlaub in Massa. Die Woche in der Toskana war sehr schön. Die Wohnung liegt ein Stückchen vom Meer entfernt, ist mit dem Auto allerdings gut zu erreichen. Da die Unterkunft an einem Hügel liegt, hat man einen schönen Blick auf die Berge sowie auf das Meer. Der Garten war schön und gepflegt und die Terrasse lud zum Verweilen ein; wir haben die meiste Zeit dort verbracht, da das Wetter die Woche über gut mitgespielt hatte. Sehr angenehm war zudem das Vorhandensein zweier Badezimmer. Die Wohnung war bei unserer Ankuft sehr sauber und es waren alle nötigen (Küchen-)Utensilien vorhanden. Nino war ein netter Gastgeber, der einige Tipps (Restaurants, Ausflugsziele) gab und sogar ab und an etwas zu Essen/Trinken vorbeibrachte. Die Wohnung ist definitiv zu empfehlen.

Wunderbar erholsame Urlaub in Massa
Wir haben eine sehr schöne Zeit in Massa verbracht und nicht zuletzt wegen der sehr schön ruhig gelegenen Wohnung Nino.
Hier hat man das Gefühl richtig zuhause zu sein. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut eingerichtet und bietet einen sehr schönen und gepflegten Garten mit Ausblick auf die umgebenden Berge, sowie eine Terrasse zum Verweilen und den tag ausklingen zu lassen. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und versorgen einen mit wertvollen Informationen über Massa und die Region.
Wir können einen Aufenthalt in Nino bestens empfehlen.

sehr erholsam und man konnte die Seele baumeln lassen
Durch die zwei Badezimmer und WC`s kann man mit jugendlichen Kindern sehr gut entspannt in den Tag starten,die Küche ist klein,reicht aber vollkommen für das Kochen von kleinen Gerichten,das Elternzimmer ist immer relativ kühl,da es gegen Norden gerichtet ist und nicht der direkten Sonne ausgesetzt ist,die Terrasse ist einfach spitze beim Frühstück und am Abend bei einem Glas Wein aus der Gegend.Der Bäcker und eine sehr gute Pizzeria (Sie ist klein aber fein zum Pizza abholen und zu Hause essen) sind nur einen Steinwurf entfernt.Das Service von Nino ist sehr gut und man bekommt immer eine ausführliche Einweisung über die Annehmlichkeiten,die Massa und die Gegend zu bieten hat(Strand,Lokale,Sehenswürdigkeiten.......).Unsere Familie hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt und können diese Wohnung nur weiter entfehlen!
