Fantastic holiday flat near the sea
We spent a wonderful holiday in this beautiful flat for two weeks. The flat is very lovingly, nicely and modernly furnished, the kitchen is functionally equipped and everything you need for a stay is sufficiently available: from the washing machine to the coffee machine and enough kitchen utensils for at least 4 people. The living area is a good place to spend time even in bad weather. We especially enjoyed the view from the balcony, where we stayed until late in the evening: you have a wonderful view over the countryside and the nearby sea and in the evening you can see the many lights on the coast. The beach of Marotta can be reached by car in about 10 minutes, so you can also just drive there for a few hours and/or enjoy your holiday in one of the many restaurants there are on the coast. Also many excursion destinations like Urbino or Senegallia are easy to reach from there. The pool, which is available for us or for the residents and holidaymakers of the small residence, is wonderful and very clean.
The landlords, Milena and Paulo, are super nice and if something is missing or if you have questions, they are always available and take care of everything. We can absolutely recommend the holiday flat!

Fantastic holiday flat - absolutely recommendable!
Our holiday in Milena and Paolo's flat was a complete success. The flat contributed a lot to that. You can reach the beach (Ponte Sasso) in about 5 minutes by car, and Marotta or Senigallia are a few minutes away. All these places are family-friendly and the sea is wonderful
The complex as a whole is very nice and well maintained, the garden is beautifully laid out, especially the pool area, where palm trees provide shade but also leave enough space for those who are particularly sun-hungry
The view of the sea from the terrace is fantastic, the north-east orientation gives you sun in the mornings and shade from around noon, so that you don't even need the parasol if you want to eat outside
The equipment of the flat is perfect! Cleaning equipment, own washing machine, tumble dryer (to hang up), steam iron, ironing board, parasol, even pool noodles.... There is everything you need in terms of crockery and cutlery, even sharp chef's knives, which you usually look for in vain in a holiday flat
There are also shopping facilities in San Costanzo, but it takes 15-20 minutes to walk to the small supermarket
All in all, a great holiday accommodation, good value for money, if we come to the area again, we will try to book it there!

Flat with great terrace and great pool!
Thank you for a great stay - we felt comfortable and welcome in the flat from day one and had a stress-free holiday! Thank you for the friendly welcome and the great insider tips on excursions and cultural events in the area (the trip to Urbino and the festa dell'aquilone was great for the whole family!). The terrace overlooking the rolling countryside and the sea is a non plus ultra and just perfect for relaxing. Our little one was particularly taken with the pool, which is very child friendly and well maintained. We would love to come back!!!

We can recommend the holiday home 100%! The accommodation is top maintained. A big advantage is the pool, which is certainly not a matter of course in the non-touristy area. The Orazi family is extremely friendly and helpful! We really enjoyed getting to know Italy and its people from its most beautiful side. You can undertake countless beautiful excursions, which is why the location is also very good. Family vacation at its best, because you can relax wonderfully at the pool or beach, and at the same time the cultural program in the immediate vicinity also leaves nothing to be desired! If you want to get to know Italy as it really is and don't want to be overwhelmed by tourism, you are in good hands here. So far, it has been by far our most beautiful vacation!

Vicinity of the holiday home: Perfekt, weil der Strand schnell zu erreichen ist und ebenso zahlreiche wunderschöne Ausflüge in typisch italienische Ortschaften unternommen werden können. Wunderschöne hügelige Landschaft!
free time activities: Zahlreiche Möglichkeiten: Kulturelles Programm, Wochenmärkte, romantische Ortschaften, Burgen, Höhlen... Wandern, Wassersport, Fahrradfahren - es ist für jeden etwas dabei!
shopping facilities: Sehr gut. Zu Fuß in 10 Minuten u.a. Supermarkt im Ortskern San Costanzo; mit dem Auto in 10 Minuten (Lidl) sowie großes Einkaufszentrum, in dem man alles (Kleidung, Lebensmittel...) erhält.
