Casa Rossa is a private villa with swimming pool in the Marche region located in the hills of San Costanzo a few kilometers from the Adriatic Coast. The property is surrounded by a large garden with panoramic views of the Marche countryside. It is ideal for a regenerating holiday, but at the same time the proximity to the sea allows you to experience the characteristic nightlife of seaside resorts full of events, restaurants and shops. At guests' disposal a panoramic swimming pool and a gazebo perfect for enjoying pleasant outdoor dinners.
The villa is on two floors. On the ground floor there is a large living room with fireplace as decoration only, a kitchen with direct access to the garden, a bathroom with shower, a laundry area, two double bedrooms and a twin bedroom. Through an external access, you can access the first floor where there are two apartments, both composed of living room-kitchen, double bedroom, bathroom with shower and loft area with two single beds.

SAN COSTANZO
San Costanzo is known as the “balcony of the Adriatic Sea” and the “town of a hundred lakes”. It is set at about 150 metres above sea level, between the valleys of Metauro and Cesano, on a hill that dominates the Adriatic Sea. Its territory includes two interesting hamlets: Cerasa, the ancient Ceregia, rich in historical sites and Stacciola, feud of the Mauruzi Counts.
TO VISIT
San Costanzo is a town rich in monuments and stately palaces. It is possible to admire the beautiful 'square fountain' (Fontana di piazza), so called 'show fountain' (fontana di mostra) made in 1904 following the construction of the first consortium aqueduct; the Torre Campanaria (bell tower), the church Chiesa Collegiata, the Malatesta walls, the theatre of 'Concordia', S. Augustine's church and Cassi Palace, historic residence and cenacle of literature, now Picture Gallery and Museum at the service of the territory.
EVENTS
The Polenta Festival is one of the most ancient celebrations in Le Marche and it takes place during the first Sunday of Lent and in the last weekened of July.

Cancellation terms:
The cancellation of a reservation, even if replaced by another, involves the payment of the following penalties: - 25% of the total reservation price if the cancellation is communicated within 45 days before the start of the stay; - 60% of the total reservation price if the cancellation is communicated between the 44th and 30th day before the start of the stay; - 80% of the total reservation price if the cancellation is communicated between the 29th and 15th day before the start of the stay; - 100% of the total reservation price if the cancellation is communicated within the 14 days preceding the start of the stay. In addition to the penalties mentioned above, the cancellation of a reservation, whenever communicated, always entails the payment of a penalty, and without any right to reimbursement, of the amounts paid at the time of booking for ancillary services (administrative fees, commissions, other additional charges, etc.).
