HOW OUR COUNTRY HOUSE IS ORGANIZED
Our country house consists of several independent apartments. Your booking refers to a single apartment and not the entire property. The country house is not a farmhouse, B&B, or hotel: you are renting a real apartment, which you can manage completely independently throughout your stay.
AREAS TO ENJOY
You will have access to the fenced garden with centuries-old olive trees and the charming bamboo garden, the panoramic swimming pool with a view of the valley, the children's play area, the barbecue area, and the internal parking. These spaces are SHARED with guests of the other apartments in the country house.
SWIMMING POOL
The pool is open seasonally from May 1 to September 30, from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., weather permitting and unless otherwise communicated.

ARRIVAL
Check-in is self-service, contactless, and managed remotely; a brief video verification is required upon arrival, in compliance with Italian regulations and privacy. You may access the accommodation between 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m.: please inform us in advance of your expected arrival time. Before your arrival, you will receive a dedicated link to enter the details of all guests and upload identity documents.
SECURITY
For the safety of all guests, entrances and common areas are under video surveillance in accordance with current regulations.
SMOKING POLICY
Smoking traditional and electronic cigarettes is strictly prohibited inside the premises.
PETS
Pets are not allowed.
EVENTS AND PARTIES
It is not permitted to organize parties, gatherings, or events of any kind.
QUIET HOURS
From 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m., silence is required so as not to disturb other guests of the country house.
DEPARTURE
Check-out must be completed by 10:00 a.m. Leave the kitchen clean, with dishes washed and put away, the refrigerator empty, and garbage disposed of in the appropriate containers at the ecological area, following waste separation rules.
