Description
Our rustic, very well-maintained holiday home stands alone on a hill with a view of the sea from almost every point of the property.
It is surrounded by 2000m² of garden and completely fenced.
Free beaches or beach resorts are only a few kilometres away, the nearest beach is at Marotta, about 9 km away.
The property consists of 2 houses. The basic price depends on the season and is indicated for 2 persons: Low season until mid-July and from end of August, high season mid-July to end of August. Each additional person +40€/day up to the 7th person. From the 8th person onwards +500€/week, as the annexe has to be booked in addition in order to have enough sleeping places. Dogs: +100€/stay.
The price includes all additional costs such as water, electricity, gas and unlimited Wi-Fi.
Well-behaved dogs, even large ones, are welcome (max. 2 dogs). However, please understand that your pet does not belong on the couch or in the bed, so that subsequent guests can also feel comfortable.
For bookings from 8 to a maximum of 9 people, the annex house (for an additional 2 people) is also provided. The annexe is located behind the main house and is completely self-sufficient with an open-plan living/sleeping and dining area, kitchenette and small shower room. On request, you can also rent the annexe for an additional charge if there are fewer than 7 people.
MAIN HOUSE:
Ground floor: large eat-in kitchen, bathroom. Living room with very large 3x4m corner couch with satellite TV with German channels. Table football, reading material, games and CDs.
First floor: bathroom, room no. 1 - 1 double bed [steel tube four-poster bed 180 cm wide, continuous mattress] , 1 extra bed (steel tube bed, 90 x 200, extendable to 180x200m), ceiling fan. Room no. 2 - 1 double bed [tubular steel four-poster bed 180 cm wide, full-length mattress], ceiling fan. Room no. 3 - 1 double bed , [tubular steel bed 140 cm wide, 2 single mattresses]
SIDE ROOM:
Sleeping corner - 1 double bed , [tubular steel bed 160 cm wide, 2 single mattresses] , small dining table for 4 persons, kitchenette, bathroom
Both houses are fully equipped for a year-round stay. Everything you need for your holiday is there: Fully automatic coffee machine for Italian coffee specialities, German coffee machine, gas cooker and electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, milk frother, egg boiler, mixer, blender, manual pasta machine, small ironing board and iron, glasses, plates and cutlery for up to 10 people and all the utensils you are used to at home.
Unlimited Wi-Fi in the main house, outhouse and garden. Mosquito nets on all windows and doors. Alarm system. Ceiling fans in all bedrooms. 1 mobile air conditioner on request and additional fee.
In the colder season, the underfloor heating in the main house provides cosy warmth in all rooms. The adjoining house has normal radiators.
Directly in front of the house you can refresh yourself in the 5x9 m pool with solar heating (27.5°C), diving board and outdoor shower.
The pool is open from the beginning of May until approx. mid-October.
Please note: the pool is not secured, so we are not allowed to rent our house to families with small children who cannot swim.
You will find shady and also sunny places to sit and lie in the spacious, beautifully overgrown garden, where a large charcoal barbecue and a brick pizza oven are also waiting for you.
Our property management takes care of the property and regularly maintains the pool and the garden. Of course, as much as possible so that you feel undisturbed, in consultation with you.

Location and surroundings of object
Our beautiful country house with its breathtaking sea view from almost every point of the property is situated away from the mass tourism, but central to the sea, beaches, shopping facilities and restaurants. The nearest restaurant, with the best pizza in the area, is only 500m up the mountain. Here, in midsummer, typical Italian dance events and culinary festivals for everyone occasionally take place
San Costanzo is about km away. Around the medieval fortress you will find all shopping facilities, bars, cafés, restaurants, post offices, banks and doctors. The town centre invites you to contemplative walks with typical Mediterranean flair
Fano with its sandy beaches and the historical, lovingly restored town centre is only 12km away
Further south is the famous seaside resort of Senigallia with its famous arcades along the mouth of the river, many restaurants and the inviting fish market on the edge of the charming pedestrian zone
Ancona with its airport and its Romanesque cathedral above the big ferry port, as well as the nature reserve Monte Conero with sunny natural beaches, is only half an hour's drive away
In the hinterland you will discover lovingly restored medieval towns (Corinaldo, Mondavio, Urbino, etc.) and the imposing Furló Gorge
Nearest airports: Ancona, Rimini, Bologna.

Our janitors take care of the property with love. 3x/week the pool is maintained and the garden is cared for. Of course, if possible in such a way that you feel undisturbed.
A book with restaurant tips, sights and recommendations is available for you in the house.

It was beautiful! :-)
Very beautiful and very well equipped house with pretty much everything your heart desires.
Secluded location and therefore wonderfully quiet. Wonderful views in all directions.
Very good restaurant within walking distance. Many places of interest within a 50km radius (e.g. Urbino, Grotte di Frasassi) Very nice and correct landlords who make every effort to make your stay as pleasant as possible! We will gladly come back again!

wonderful holiday on the Adriatic Sea
We spent very nice days at Casa Monte Bugaro. The location of the house with sea view is great and it is very well equipped, nothing is missing for a relaxing holiday. Our dog also felt very comfortable and the nearby (dog) beaches are highly recommended. There are plenty of tips from the nice landlords for excursions and restaurants, which we made good use of. We will be happy to come back.

Great holiday home
We had a great vacation in this beautiful holiday home with 6 adults, 4 children, and a dog. Super location without direct neighbors, perfect for families with children. The holiday home is equipped with everything you need and the owners are quick to respond to any kind of questions or problems.
