Description
Our well-maintained, detached holiday home is located on a hill with a fantastic sea view and is surrounded by a 2,000 m² fully fenced garden – ideal for peace and privacy.
Dogs are very welcome, especially large dogs (max. 2). However, dogs are not allowed on the couch or beds!
The main house accommodates up to 6 people; a separate, fully equipped annex for 2 additional people can be booked optionally. Important: Both houses are never rented out to different guests at the same time – the entire property is always available to you exclusively and undisturbed.
The amenities include, among others, a fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, air conditioning (partially), fans, alarm system as well as a 5×9 m pool (May–October), outdoor shower, barbecue and pizza oven.
All additional costs (including Wi-Fi, energy, final cleaning, pool maintenance) are included in the price.

Our charming, rustic country house enchants with a breathtaking sea view and a peaceful location surrounded by nature – perfect for leaving everyday life behind and enjoying undisturbed sunsets.
Despite the idyllic seclusion, you can reach everything important in a short time. A popular restaurant with excellent pizza is only about 900 m away and easily reachable on foot – in summer, typical Italian festivals and atmospheric evenings also await you there. The nearby San Costanzo (approx. 3.5 km) offers everything for daily needs around its medieval fortress. The coastal town of Fano (approx. 12 km) delights with sandy beaches and a historic old town, while the lively Senigallia with its promenade, restaurants, and fish market is also quickly accessible.
Several beaches are only a few kilometers away, the nearest at Marotta (approx. 9 km).
Airports: Ancona (approx. 40 km), Rimini (approx. 80 km), Bologna (approx. 150 km), Pescara (approx. 200 km). 160 km).

| The adjoining house can be additionally booked at any time of the year (for up to another 2 persons) at a weekly price of 350,-€. It is not rented alone to other guests. The deposit is due on payment of the balance (6 weeks before arrival) and will be refunded immediately after departure, provided no serious damage has occurred. |

Please note: There is no garbage collection in the municipality of San Costanzo. Garbage must be taken to nearby collection points, which are accessible at all times; waste separation is carried out as is customary in Germany.
Charging electric cars at or in the house is strictly prohibited for fire safety reasons.

Super!!
We had the pleasure of spending a week in this well-maintained and beautiful house in truly stunning surroundings. We have never had a more relaxing holiday. The Schaffner family is very nice, and everything went smoothly and easily. The house manager there is super nice and friendly and gave us great tips for discovering beautiful places. We will definitely vacation there again.

Dream and watch under trees
We spent 2 wonderful weeks in the Casa. For us, it is a true place of strength.
Just the beautiful oak tree in the courtyard provides peace and shade.
The location is wonderful on a hill with a fantastic view of the sea, the mountains, and the entire valley. The price to pay for this is the bumpy roads that lead to the house.
There is always a fresh breeze, so the mosquitoes don't have much fun. All doors and windows are secured with insect screens.
In the house and kitchen, there is everything you need and more. It is very spacious and well-furnished.
The fauna was very interesting. A very special experience was a night with fireflies, with what felt like millions of little flames looking for partners on the first evening.
Around the house, bats patrol at night. From early to late, the bird paradise is filled with chirping. We had 2 small scorpions and many lizards in the garden.
Our dog was safe on the large, fenced property and was spoiled by the neighbor at the fence with Biscottos.
We topped our muesli with fresh mulberries from the garden.
Sabine took perfect care of us on-site and maintained the pool.
Because it was so beautiful "at home" and by the pool, we didn't even need the beach.

It was beautiful! :-)
Very beautiful and very well equipped house with pretty much everything your heart desires.
Secluded location and therefore wonderfully quiet. Wonderful views in all directions.
Very good restaurant within walking distance. Many places of interest within a 50km radius (e.g. Urbino, Grotte di Frasassi) Very nice and correct landlords who make every effort to make your stay as pleasant as possible! We will gladly come back again!

wonderful holiday on the Adriatic Sea
We spent very nice days at Casa Monte Bugaro. The location of the house with sea view is great and it is very well equipped, nothing is missing for a relaxing holiday. Our dog also felt very comfortable and the nearby (dog) beaches are highly recommended. There are plenty of tips from the nice landlords for excursions and restaurants, which we made good use of. We will be happy to come back.

Great holiday home
We had a great vacation in this beautiful holiday home with 6 adults, 4 children, and a dog. Super location without direct neighbors, perfect for families with children. The holiday home is equipped with everything you need and the owners are quick to respond to any kind of questions or problems.
