Description
Our rustic, very well-maintained holiday home stands alone on a hill with a view of the sea from almost every point on the property.
It is surrounded by a 2000m² garden and is completely fenced in.
Free beaches, as well as beach resorts, are only a few kilometers away, with the nearest beach at Marotta, about 9 km away.
The property consists of 2 houses. The base price depends on the season, with the base price being for 2 people in the main house. Each additional person +55€/day. The system automatically calculates the price when the number of people is entered.
Dogs: +10€/day
The price includes all additional costs such as water, electricity, gas, and unlimited Wi-Fi.
Well-behaved, even large dogs, are welcome (max. 2 dogs). However, please understand that your beloved pet should not be on the couch or in the bed so that subsequent guests can feel comfortable too. For bookings of more than 6 people, the adjacent house (for an additional 2 people) can also be provided. The adjacent house is located behind the main house and is completely self-sufficient with an open living/sleeping and dining area, kitchenette, and a small shower room. Upon request and inquiry, you can also rent the adjacent house at an additional cost, even if you are fewer than 7 people. It is not rented out alone.
Both houses are fully equipped for year-round stays. Everything you need for your vacation is here: fully automatic coffee machine for Italian coffee specialties, German coffee maker, gas stove and electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, milk frother, egg cooker, mixer, blender, manual pasta machine, small ironing board and iron, glasses, plates and cutlery for up to 10 people, and all the utensils you are used to from home.
Unlimited Wi-Fi. Mosquito nets on all windows and doors. Alarm system. Ceiling fans in all bedrooms.
During the colder seasons, the underfloor heating in the main house keeps all rooms comfortably warm. The adjacent house has standard radiators.
Right in front of the house, you can refresh yourself in the 5x9 m pool with solar heating, diving board, and outdoor shower.
The pool is open from the beginning of May until about mid-October. The pool temperature depends on the weather/sun. Please note: the pool is not secured, so we are not allowed to rent our house to families with small children who cannot swim.
You will find shady and sunny seating and lounging areas in the spacious, beautifully vegetated garden, where a large charcoal grill and a brick pizza oven are waiting for you.
Our property management takes care of the estate, regularly maintains the pool and the garden. Of course, as much as possible so that you feel undisturbed, in consultation with you.

Location and surroundings of object
Our beautiful country house with its breathtaking sea view from almost every point of the property is situated away from the mass tourism, but central to the sea, beaches, shopping facilities and restaurants. The nearest restaurant, with the best pizza in the area, is only 500m up the mountain. Here, in midsummer, typical Italian dance events and culinary festivals for everyone occasionally take place
San Costanzo is about km away. Around the medieval fortress you will find all shopping facilities, bars, cafés, restaurants, post offices, banks and doctors. The town centre invites you to contemplative walks with typical Mediterranean flair
Fano with its sandy beaches and the historical, lovingly restored town centre is only 12km away
Further south is the famous seaside resort of Senigallia with its famous arcades along the mouth of the river, many restaurants and the inviting fish market on the edge of the charming pedestrian zone
Ancona with its airport and its Romanesque cathedral above the big ferry port, as well as the nature reserve Monte Conero with sunny natural beaches, is only half an hour's drive away
In the hinterland you will discover lovingly restored medieval towns (Corinaldo, Mondavio, Urbino, etc.) and the imposing Furló Gorge

This is a NON-SMOKING PROPERTY: smoking is prohibited in both houses!
The house can be booked individually, arrival and departure are possible on any weekday from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Minimum rental period 6 days. Maximum occupancy 8 adults/1 child!
Please note: In the municipality of San Costanzo, there is no garbage collection. Trash must be taken to collection points (garbage bins). Sufficient collection points are available nearby and are accessible at all times. Garbage separation as known in Germany.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to charge electric cars at or in the house due to fire safety reasons!
A book with restaurant tips, sights, and recommendations is available in the house for you.

Super!!
We had the pleasure of spending a week in this well-maintained and beautiful house in truly stunning surroundings. We have never had a more relaxing holiday. The Schaffner family is very nice, and everything went smoothly and easily. The house manager there is super nice and friendly and gave us great tips for discovering beautiful places. We will definitely vacation there again.

Dream and watch under trees
We spent 2 wonderful weeks in the Casa. For us, it is a true place of strength.
Just the beautiful oak tree in the courtyard provides peace and shade.
The location is wonderful on a hill with a fantastic view of the sea, the mountains, and the entire valley. The price to pay for this is the bumpy roads that lead to the house.
There is always a fresh breeze, so the mosquitoes don't have much fun. All doors and windows are secured with insect screens.
In the house and kitchen, there is everything you need and more. It is very spacious and well-furnished.
The fauna was very interesting. A very special experience was a night with fireflies, with what felt like millions of little flames looking for partners on the first evening.
Around the house, bats patrol at night. From early to late, the bird paradise is filled with chirping. We had 2 small scorpions and many lizards in the garden.
Our dog was safe on the large, fenced property and was spoiled by the neighbor at the fence with Biscottos.
We topped our muesli with fresh mulberries from the garden.
Sabine took perfect care of us on-site and maintained the pool.
Because it was so beautiful "at home" and by the pool, we didn't even need the beach.

Very beautiful and very well equipped house with pretty much everything your heart desires.
Secluded location and therefore wonderfully quiet. Wonderful views in all directions.
Very good restaurant within walking distance. Many places of interest within a 50km radius (e.g. Urbino, Grotte di Frasassi) Very nice and correct landlords who make every effort to make your stay as pleasant as possible! We will gladly come back again!

wonderful holiday on the Adriatic Sea
We spent very nice days at Casa Monte Bugaro. The location of the house with sea view is great and it is very well equipped, nothing is missing for a relaxing holiday. Our dog also felt very comfortable and the nearby (dog) beaches are highly recommended. There are plenty of tips from the nice landlords for excursions and restaurants, which we made good use of. We will be happy to come back.

Great holiday home
We had a great vacation in this beautiful holiday home with 6 adults, 4 children, and a dog. Super location without direct neighbors, perfect for families with children. The holiday home is equipped with everything you need and the owners are quick to respond to any kind of questions or problems.
