The late 19th-century farmhouse has been completely renovated while maintaining its original charm and stands on the top of a hill overlooking an olive grove and the valley. The enchanting view overlooks an evocative mosaic of soft hills.
Guests are accommodated in spacious and comfortable flats with complete freedom and independence, each with spacious living rooms, fully equipped kitchens, bedrooms, private bathrooms and outdoor porches, offering peace and tranquillity and an enchanting view of the surroundings.
Guests can enjoy a wonderful swimming pool with a magnificent view of the valley, a fenced-in 4000 m2 garden with olive trees, fruit trees, a special bamboo garden, a play area for children, relaxation areas and the renovated barn with barbecue and dining tables for unforgettable evenings.

| CONDITIONS AND HOUSE RULES RENTAL PRICE The rental price does not include (to be paid locally): heating according to consumption; extra cleaning; linen. Optional additional services: linen package 10 EUR/per person to be requested immediately and paid upon arrival in cash (these are personal sheets and towels and cannot be used outside the accommodation as a beach towel) ARRIVAL Check-in from 4pm to 7pm. It is necessary to communicate the exact arrival time even if this is within the indicated period. To speed up the check-in procedure, send us the Guest Registration Form at least 24 hours before check-in. DAMAGE DEPOSIT 200 euros to be paid in cash at check-in. It serves as a guarantee for the furniture and equipment supplied. After inspection of the rental object, the amount will be returned, provided that no damage caused by the tenant to the rental object or its inventory has been found. SMOKING POLICY Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the premises. In case of violation of the ban, a minimum of 200 euros will be charged. PETS Not allowed. OTHER Guests must bring their own beach towels, tablecloths, kitchen towels, cleaning products, toiletries, hairdryer, toilet paper, toothbrush, shampoo, shower gel, garbage bags, etc., in addition to linens if not requested when booking the accommodation. MUNICIPAL TOURIST TAX 1 euro per person per day, to be paid in cash at check-in (excluding minors under the age of 15). DEPARTURE Check-out strictly by 10:00. At the end of the rental period, the tenant must return the accommodation tidy, wash all the dishes, take the rubbish to the bins and hand over the keys. This is a private property managed by a non-professional private host. Pool opening: from 1 May to 30 September (weather permitting). |
