Villa La Capuccina is a wonderful private villa with pool in Le Marche region in Corinaldo, a small charming town which has been included among the most beautiful borgos of Italy. Set on a hill, the villa has been renovated keeping the features of Le Marche countryhouse, using materials such as terracotta and wooden beams, which give the house a particularly pleasant atmosphere with simplicity and elegance. Surrounded by a large garden full of plants, this villa is the ideal place for a holiday in complete relaxation. It is at short distance from the Adriatic coast, near the most renowned seaside resorts of the area including Senigallia and the Conero Riviera. Guests can benefit of a swimming pool with automatic cover for children’s safety. There is also a porch furnished with tables and chairs for al fresco eating.
The villa is on two levels. The ground floor consists of an entrance-study, a living room with fireplace and direct access to the garden, a large kitchen with dining area and access to the porch and a bathroom with hand shower. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms, a bedroom with three single beds (bunk bed plus single bed or double bedroom plus single bed) and two bathrooms with shower. The property area is under video surveillance.

CORINALDO
Corinaldo is a town at few km from Senigallia in the province of Ancona, Le Marche region. Located in a dominant position, it is characterized by imposing walls which have remained almost intact since the fifteenth century. The gates, the ramparts, the defense towers, the Ghibelline battlements are the distinguishing features of this rare example of a fortified city. Not surprisingly, in 2007 it was included among the most beautiful borgos of Italy. Although Corinaldo attracts many medieval history lovers, it is also a destination of profound spirituality, bringing pilgrims from all over the world. Actually it is famous for being the birthplace of Santa Maria Goretti.
EVENTS
The heart of the town is the so called Piaggia, a staircase of hundred steps towards which converge red brick houses arranged in a herringbone pattern. Here takes place every year the "Contesa del pozzo della polenta", the oldest historical re-enactment of the Province of Ancona. Other important events are the Witches' Festival, the Festa dei Folli (Festival of Crazy People), the historical re-enactment of Trebbiatura and the jazz music festival.

The cancellation of a reservation, even if replaced by another, involves the payment of the following penalties: - 25% of the total reservation price if the cancellation is communicated within 45 days before the start of the stay; - 60% of the total reservation price if the cancellation is communicated between the 44th and 30th day before the start of the stay; - 80% of the total reservation price if the cancellation is communicated between the 29th and 15th day before the start of the stay; - 100% of the total reservation price if the cancellation is communicated within the 14 days preceding the start of the stay. In addition to the penalties mentioned above, the cancellation of a reservation, whenever communicated, always entails the payment of a penalty, and without any right to reimbursement, of the amounts paid at the time of booking for ancillary services (administrative fees, commissions, other additional charges, etc.).
