The apartment is located on the first floor of our House with a total of 4 apartments. There are a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom and a balcony with seating available for your comfortable and relaxing holiday. The kitchen is functionally equipped with toaster, coffee maker, fridge / freezer, microwave oven, ceramic hob and dishwasher. Through the large Windows in the living room, this room is always full of natural light and invites you to relax. In the bedroom is a double bed and a sofa bed for your restful sleep in the living room. On cooler days, the partial underfloor heating in the living room provides a pleasant warmth. Of course we can provide a baby cot and equipment also available. You walking the sandy beach after approx. 600 m receive all goods of for daily use, in the City Centre (distance approx. 300 m). Dogs are charged 0.50 EUR per day all year round. If you do not wish to bring your own bed linen and towels, we will gladly provide you with a linen package (bed linen, as well as 1 hand towel and 1 shower towel) for only EUR 15.00 per person. A completely relaxing stay
The arrival at the holiday apartment was lovingly prepared. The apartment itself left nothing to be desired; it was very clean and subtly decorated for Christmas/New Year, making one feel welcome and cozy. The kitchen's equipment was excellent. The landlords were very friendly and always reachable if needed. Quiet location yet close to the center. Always happy to return.

Feel-good vacation
We are in this vacation apartment for the 2nd time and chose it intentionally. A nice small clean apartment with everything you need. The guest support is very kind, always there to help and also checks in from time to time. We will come back next year and look forward to Zinnowitz.

We had a very nice time here. The apartment was great, everything as described and everything clean. Even the furnishings were perfect. The house is located in a central but still quiet residential area. The beach, pier, and shops are within walking distance. The outdoor facilities are well-maintained. Bicycles can be parked. The special thing is that there is a personal contact person.

Beautiful accommodation
Beautiful accommodation, you are very quickly at the beach. It's really great that everything is available. From the beach umbrella to the vacuum cleaner. Very nice guest support, which adds the finishing touch to it all.
