Vermieterin ist ein absoluter Horror!!!
Wer einen Reibungslosen Urlaub möchte sollte hier nicht hinkommen!
Ein normales Gespräch mit Frau Engler war nicht möglich, da sie hochaggresiv ins Telefon schreite und unverschämt wurde. Einen so aggressiven Menschen wie Frau Engler habe ich noch nicht erlebt.

Okay, wegen der zentralen Lage
Guter Stützpunkt für alle interessanten Aktivitäten auf dem Darß.
Die Wohnung selbst ist als durchschnittlich zu bezeichnen, funktional und z.T. nicht mehr auf dem neusten Stand, aber weit entfernt von liebevoll und besonders sauber. (das mit dem Schimmel an einigen Stellen stimmt schon, ist aber auch nicht so wild, dass man nicht für ein paar Tage drüber wegsehen könnte)
Wer allerdings lärmempfindlich ist, ist hier nicht gut aufgehoben, denn der ziemlich alte Kühlschrank, der selbstredend mit im Zimmer steht, ist sehr laut. Wir haben wenig und schlecht geschlafen aufgrund des hohen Geräuschpegels.

Schönes kleines Appartement
Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war sehr gut, ich habe es allein bewohnt und hatte alles, was ich brauchte. Das war eine sehr schöne Woche in Prerow.

Unzumutbar ist noch geschmeichelt
Liebe zukünftige Urlauber, ich fasse kurz zusammen: wer es liebt von einem muffigen Geruch,einer Dusche wo der schwarze Schimmel wächst und gedeiht,sowie von fettigen Überresten, klebrigen Griffen an Schränken begrüßt zu werden,ist hier genau richtig. Von einem hygienischen normal Zustand können sie hier nur träumen. Die Vermieterin lässt sich auf keine persönlichen vor Ort Klärung ein. Finger weg wer wirklich Urlaub machen möchte! Von dem Zustand des restlichen möchten wir Sie verschonen. Wir sind vorzeitig abgereist,und Urlaub ist leider gestorben da die Region ausgebucht war. Wir hoffen sehr das noch weitere den Mut zur Wahrheit haben und solche Vermieter nicht unterstützen. Schade das es keine minus Sterne gibt!

leider hatten Sie sich schon bei Ihrer Ankunft empört, das Sie nicht persönlich empfangen wurden. Unsere Gäste schätzen den Service mit dem Schlüssel Safe, da Sie in vielen Häuseren den Schlüssel nur zu einer bestimmten Zeit im Ort abholen können.
Das Sie am Morgen nach Ihrer Anreise abreisen mussten, tut mir sehr leid. Ich kann Ihnen anbieten, die Tage, die wir vermieten konnten zu erstatten.
Für solche Fälle empfehlen wir eine Reiserücktrittsversicherung.
Das Apartment wurde nochmal am nächsten Tag gereinigt, alles bestens.

Perfekter Urlaub
Total weiter zu Empfehlen, super schönes Haus man hat alles was man braucht die Lösung mit dem Schlüssel Safe ist super, es ist prima eine flexible Anreise Möglichkeit zu haben.
Die Lage ist topp, ebenso wie es unsere Unterkunft war. Wir sind total zufrieden und würden gerne wiederkommen❗️
