We would be pleased to welcome you to our beautiful and tastefully furnished apartment house in the Baltic Sea resort of Prerow. The house has a central location. You can reach the fine sandy bathing beach of the north coast on foot in about 10 minutes. The holiday apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with sofa bed, as well as a bedroom. The bathroom is equipped with a shower. Outside there is a terrace with garden furniture. A sauna is optionally available to you in the main building. The facility is operated as a non-smoking house.

The Baltic Sea resort Prerow is situated in the midst of the charming nature of the “Vorpommersche Boddenlandschaft” National Park and delights its visitors with the white, fine-grained sand on the 5 km long and up to 80 m wide bathing beach on the north coast. The town is surrounded by sea, meadows, bodden waters, and the primeval Darß Forest, which is bordered by the wild and romantic West Beach with its dunes shaped by wind and water. In Prerow you will find low buildings with many houses thatched with reed as well as an extensive network of hiking, riding, and cycling paths from the sea to the shores of the Bodden waters.

The holiday apartment is equipped with allergy-friendly duvets and pillows. Bed linen can be provided for an extra charge (15 euros/person). High chairs and travel cots for children are available on request. A pet can be accommodated by arrangement for an extra charge of 5 euros per day (minimum 30 euros).

Evaluation
Dirty beds, defective kitchen and toilet, tissues from the previous guest are under the beds, and this in times of Corona. The beach chair is dirty from top to bottom. The overall cleanliness of the facility is an imposition. Trash bins are overflowing, and this for the high price. Not just our accommodation but all throughout the entire building.

Very unfriendly host.
Landlady totally unfriendly and aggressive on the phone. We had imagined our vacation to be nicer, but unfortunately, we felt very uncomfortable, especially with such a host.

Small but completely sufficient
I have been coming here for the third year and prefer the small apartment 5. I feel comfortable there; it is ideal as a single, I have normal expectations, which the accommodation completely met. Although it is located on the main road, which means it is not the quietest location, you are close to all the important amenities such as supermarket, bike rental, post office, pharmacy, restaurants, harbor, shopping opportunities. With the bike, you can quickly reach the beach or enjoy the magnificent jungle all the way to the wild west beach. This year, the parking lot was very crowded; I had never experienced so many tenants at once. Overall, I like coming here.

Cruel
I found the accommodation to be an imposition. Instead of 3:00 PM, we could only enter the apartment at 7:30 PM. Everything else was similarly unpleasant. Overfilled trash bins, dirty garden furniture, a completely broken beach chair. The bike shed was unusable and locked. Communication with the landlord was an imposition. I could continue the negative description indefinitely. We left earlier!

Sehr geehrter Herr Horst Nebelsiek,
ich werde die Anreise Zeit auf 17.00 Uhr ändern und den Schlüsselcode erst heraus geben, wenn gereinigt wurde.
Es war das erste Mal, das die Wohnung leider erst so spät gereinigt wurde, da die Firma überlastet war.
Ich hatte mich gleich mit einer Flasche Sekt entschuldigt und Ihnen die Endreinigung in diesem Fall erlassen.
Der Strandkorb wurde ausgetauscht, der Fahrradschuppen ist für alle Gäste zugängig, die Gartenmöbel wurden am nächsten morgen gereinigt, der Müll darf erst sonntags auf die Strasse zur Abholung gestellt werden und wurde am Montag geleert.
