This exclusive 5-star holiday home is situated in a quiet, idyllic location close to the centre of the Baltic resort of Prerow. The pier and the fine sandy Baltic Sea beach can be reached in approx. 15 minutes on foot. The house impresses with its exposed south-facing location, its maritime architecture paired with a spacious and high-quality interior. The ground floor is completely barrier-free and wheelchair-friendly. On the spacious property (650 sqm) - completely fenced in and surrounded by hedges - you can enjoy all the pleasures of your holiday with a larger family or with your friends. In the house you will find a cosy fireplace incl. wood, a high-quality, spacious sauna and 3 bathrooms, a guest toilet as well as 5 bedrooms, some of which have their own bathroom. All in all, the house with its 190 sqm offers enough space for 2 to 10 people. Our guests like to come with 3 generations, because one bedroom is on the ground floor and the other bedrooms also offer retreat possibilities with seating groups. The little guests are also catered for with swings, sandpit, high chairs, cots, painting and toys, extra large handcart.

The Luisenlund holiday home is located in a quiet cul-de-sac in the middle of the Baltic seaside resort of Prerow, from where you can easily reach the beach and shopping facilities on foot. The property is fenced and surrounded by hedges. The Baltic resort of Prerow has a 125-year history as a seaside resort. The kilometre-long and up to one hundred metres wide fine sandy, wind-protected northern beach offers bathing pleasure for the whole family. The west beach, which can be reached by bicycle through the national park, is wild and romantic. The town itself has various shopping facilities and a wide range of restaurants. Many festivals, markets and cabaret events and a special children's programme round off the offer. Prerow's townscape is characterised by its spaciousness without any bed castles, old thatched fishermen's and captain's houses and the adjoining unspoilt Darß forest. Bicycle rental and horse-drawn carriage rides are available everywhere in the village.

Free cancellation possible up to 80 days before the arrival date.
If the tenant cancels the contract and no alternative rental is possible, the owner is entitled to compensation according to the following scale: up to 45 days before the start of the rental 15% of the rental price; 44 to 30 days before the start of the rental 50% of the rental price; from 29 to 2 days before the start of the rental 80% of the rental price; cancellation within 1 day before the start of the rental or in case of no-show 100% of the rental price. Regardless, a cancellation fee of 80 euros is due.

Dream vacation in a top accommodation
The communication with the rental agency is excellent. Despite a delay in our arrival due to traffic, it was no problem to obtain the key. Upon arriving at the holiday home, we were very pleasantly surprised by the high-quality furnishings of the property. All the pictures correspond to the real condition. The accessibility of the homeowner and property management is above average. The apartment is fully wheelchair accessible. Everything on the lower floor can be reached with a wheelchair, and the terrace is also usable without outside help. The bathroom with bathtub and sauna on the 1st floor was great. For a holiday home with 12 people, the bathrooms on each floor were a real highlight. The personal contact with the property management is as pleasant as the telephone contact. All in all, a more than successful holiday at a high level.

Holiday paradise for young and old
We stayed in June with the whole family at the holiday house Luisenlund and were very satisfied. The children had plenty of play opportunities and could let off steam on the swing. Due to the size of the house, even with ten adults, you do not get in each other's way and everyone can retreat if they want. We also spent many beautiful hours on the lovely large terrace.

Nice holiday
Very well-maintained house, fully and elaborately furnished with everything you need and enjoy. Booking and contact were uncomplicated and friendly, housekeeping competent. The house is spacious (especially the bedrooms, 3 bathrooms), well located with plenty of parking. Outdoor area is beautiful with a sun terrace, beach chair, barbecue, and hedge. We felt very comfortable and will come back.
