The single-storey house has 2 double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and air conditioning, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bathrooms with large shower, basin and toilet. There is a private garden with chairs and barbecue, a covered terrace with a second dining area and a roof terrace. Available include: Air conditioning / heating in all rooms, free internet access via WiFi, safe, flat-screen satellite TV, radio /musik-player with Bluetooth, dishwasher, a large fridge with separate freezer, ceramic hob, convection oven, microwave oven, Osmose-drinking water sistem, automatic coffee machine Delinghi, electr. Just 3,5 km from the sandy beach of Es Trenc and km from Sa Rapita is this comfortable cottage. The house belongs to a small group with only 7 houses, the use of a separate and directly adjacent property a spacious pool together. There are in addition to the more than 100 square foot pool, a 50 square meters large pool house and 400 square sunbathing. The pool area is available to our guests free internet access via WiFi. Very well suited to our adjoining houses Olivo, Lavanda and Granada. Well for families who like to holiday in separate houses, and know you want to spend together In about 30 minutes away by car in the city center of Palma, about 25 minutes to the airport. Only 17 km or 15 minutes you have it up on Marriott's 18-hole golf course "Son Julia". Sa Rapita is a quiet resort with low buildings and no hotels. At the end of the town is the marina, there begins the beach Sa Rapita-Es Trenc. He is one of the most beautiful beaches of Mallorca. It connects with the settlement Sa Rapita Ses Covetes and then proceeds to Colonia de Sant Yordi. The extensive sandy beach with dunes behind landscape is under protection. There are small supermarkets, a pharmacy, a bank branch. There is good shopping in Campos (10 Km).
