is available to you all year round.
Cana Victoria is located in a detached house in the coastal town of Sa Rapita, in the south of the island.
Available is a bright and well-kept 60 m2 holiday apartment with private access, in a single-story detached house with Mallorcan flair, on a fenced 400 m2 corner plot, surrounded by a 25-year-old Mediterranean garden.
Parking spaces are available in front of the property.
The apartment is reached via the outside staircase.
You will find bright rooms, a well-kept friendly interior, double glazing, stone floors, and exposed wooden ceiling beams. In the living kitchen: toaster, coffee machine, kettle, refrigerator, dishwasher, and the usual kitchen equipment.
In the living-bedroom you will find SAT TV, stereo system, books, free internet with access code. Peace and good internet are available, so the apartment is also interesting for remote workers or digital nomads.
1 double bed with 2 mattresses, each 80 x 200, built-in wardrobe,
1 bathroom with shower tub, washbasin and WC, hairdryer.
Then you step onto the 25 m2 sun terrace with terrace furniture, partial shade, beautiful views of the garden, the village and the Dalt de Sa Rapita settlement, the sea, and the offshore island of Cabrera.

Location and surroundings of object
Sa Rapita is an established coastal town in the south of Mallorca. Located directly by the sea, there are no hotels, no discos, but a good ice cream shop, terrace restaurants, shopping facilities for daily needs, a bakery with café, newspaper shop on the seafront promenade. Two marinas for sailing enthusiasts. Here begins the Es Trenc beach—9 km of finest sun beach and blue sea.
There is a bus stop with connection to other villages and Palma de Mallorca, and also a bicycle rental. The seafront promenade leads from Club Nautico / Marina Sa Rapita to Club Nautico / Marina in Estanyol, which is about 4 km. Always along the sea you see beautiful views and magnificent sunsets and can refresh yourself in one of the bars and restaurants and watch the sunset. In Sa Rapita, tourism is still more manageable, as it is mostly day visitors.
The protected harbor of Sa Rapita with yachts and Mallorcan boats is worth a visit. Here you can, for a small fee, enjoy sporting water activities such as paddle surfing or kayaking. At Club Nautico, the natural beach of Sa Rapita also begins, then the Es Trenc beach in the direction of Ses Sovetes. The Mediterranean water is wonderful, it slopes gently into the lovely water, which makes the beach so attractive for families with small children.
Good shopping opportunities can be found by locals and overnight guests in Campos, 10 km away. Five large supermarkets offer their affordable goods. On Saturdays, there is also a large market in Campos with all kinds of things, with a vegetable market offering regional produce and even a flea market on Saturdays.
Llucmajor, 15 km away, is also a good option for an excursion. Here, the market with flea market takes place on Friday mornings. You can also visit the monastery mountain Randa, about 500 m high, which rises just around the corner to 500 m elevation.

Cancellation Policy: A refund of the deposit minus a €50 processing fee is possible for cancellations up to 60 days before check-in. After that, the deposit will be retained as a handling fee. Only in the case of a cancellation due to Corona-related reasons or natural disasters can you cancel up to 6 days before arrival. In this case, you will receive your deposit back minus €50. Travel cancellation insurance can save you money.

A baby / child up to 17 years pays a flat rate of 15 euros / night in an extra bed.
1 baby cot and high chair are included, if needed. Please indicate if you need a baby cot.
One-time final cleaning: 100 euros per booking
Energy costs: The energy cost contribution is 8 euros / night and must be paid on site in cash.
Ecotax for persons aged 16 and over: 2 euros per person / night.
A copy of your ID is required at check-in.
For a firm booking, a deposit of 200 euros must be paid. The remaining payment is due upon arrival or 3 weeks before arrival by bank transfer. A deposit of 200 euros will be held at check-in against receipt.
The holiday apartment is also rentable during the winter months as well as over Christmas / New Year’s Eve. The minimum rental period is 6 nights. Just ask for a non-binding cost estimate.
Long-term renters are welcome, we are happy to make you a non-binding offer.

Top holiday flat with a great view
We spent 2 wonderful weeks in this holiday flat
It is lovingly furnished, clean, very quietly located and well equipped (we didn't miss anything).
The roof terrace is a highlight and we use it every day. The view with the first coffee in the morning is simply priceless.
For us, the flat mainly served as a starting point for extensive wonderful hikes. The beautiful beach of Sa Rapita is also very easy to reach.
Our request was answered directly. The landlady is very nice, helpful and gave us very valuable tips.
We can recommend this accommodation without reservation.
