Top holiday home and still well recovered, happy to return.

We felt at home in the house from the first moment. Our first summer holiday in the mountains was a hit. With 4 small children and a dog, it was especially great that bed linen and towels were provided for a small extra charge, a high chair and washing machine are also available. The beds are good and there was more than enough storage in each room. When the weather was good, the children could play on the wooden terraces with beautiful views of the mountains. We had very nice contact with the landlord in advance. We found the Salzburger Land to be very family-friendly. There are many great excursion destinations and things to experience even with small children.

A very beautiful and relaxing time in the Alps, pure cabin romance.

Beautiful days in Dachstein West, with sun and snow hooray.

Thank you very much! We felt very comfortable with you, sun, snow, great weather, and no waiting times at the lifts and in the huts. The children quickly learned how to ski here and loved the ski area, the ski school, and the beautiful, lovingly furnished wooden house. They would like to come back to Annaberg next year and bring Grandma and Grandpa along. Skiing without stress, great hut, and a very beautiful, uncrowded ski area!

Nestled in a wonderful mountain landscape, this house is very quiet and sunny, about 300 m from the slope. The ski school, the children's ski lift, and the newly built Donnerkogel cable car are about 500 m away. There are hardly any waiting times at the lifts. Skiers, snowshoers, and ski tourers can start their tours directly from the house. The ski area with over 145 km of ski slopes is very snowy, so you can expect good slope and snow conditions well into spring. We were here last year at the end of March, few people, great slopes, no waiting times. The grandparents were cross-country skiing. Their conclusion was also very positive, great groomed cross-country skiing trails and nice people. There were plenty of places to stop for food and drinks. The cozy house is very high quality furnished and with a wonderful view of the mountains. The living kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. The beds are equipped with high-quality mattresses. Wi-Fi available. Parking space for 2 cars available, indoor pool and sauna are also there. Bread delivery service is possible. Shopping facilities on site or 5 km away. In bad weather, we drove to Salzburg and Hallein, there is a lot to see in the area. We would love to come back in the summer.

Cozy and very comfortable cabin!

This cabin is ideal for a ski or hiking holiday with family or friends! The house, especially the kitchen, is well equipped with everything you need. The house is very well maintained and very clean. You have a truly beautiful view of the Lammertal and the surrounding mountains from inside and from the terrace. A highlight is, of course, the fireplace in the spacious open living/dining area - very cozy! Especially great is that the ski area is not as crowded as in other places and that the chalet is so close to the slopes. Highly recommended! There are also numerous opportunities for cross-country skiers in the nearby area. We had an incredible amount of fun night sledding in Abtenau. Many attractions are nearby. The indoor pool with sauna was very cozy and appealing, and never crowded. There is also a bread delivery service on-site.

Beautiful holidays in a great cabin by the slope

We spent Christmas in this very beautiful and well-maintained wooden hut with two families and had a romantic celebration here. The hut was nicely decorated for Christmas, everything was very cozy. The facilities, accommodation, and surroundings were as described, but there was a lot more to discover, which unfortunately we didn't have enough time for. The ski area is family-friendly with rustic huts. Additionally, the following points were positive for us. - very nice contact with the landlord and flawless handling- always easily accessible by car, with two parking spaces directly on the property- in the middle of the ski area (about 100m to the slope)- very good equipment, excellent ski school with supervision - short distances- small indoor pool in the main house- there is also a bread roll service- many attractions in the area (for young and old). For a ski/hiking vacation with family and friends, the wooden house and ski area are highly recommended. We felt extremely comfortable and had a very nice vacation here. We will be back soon!

Always beautiful, autumn in the mountains at the Dachstein.

Repeat offenders - We were here with our family in July, and although we enjoyed it greatly, we came back for Almherbst and didn't regret it. As always, everything was very clean and well-maintained - the equipment left nothing to be desired - cozy, lovingly decorated and practical. From the breakfast table, you can enjoy the great panorama of the Dachstein Massif, and if you're lucky, you might see deer right in front of the terrace in the fall. We were lucky, they were in the middle of the garden and didn't seem to mind grazing. For hikers and non-hikers, as well as skiers, the Dachstein is more than a rewarding holiday destination. The many attractions such as Salzburg, Hallstatt, Wolfgangsee, Dachstein Glacier, Bad Ischl, etc., are easily accessible by car, train, and bus. There is never a dull moment as there is something for everyone, from golfing to swimming in natural pools, visiting cities, ice caves, and mines. etc. The contact with the landlord was as always nice, we received many tips. The process is always fast and without problems. We had another wonderful, relaxing holiday. We wanted to come back for the ski holidays in February, but unfortunately everything was already booked. As a large family with children, a dog, and grandma, the cabin and amenities were perfect. We didn't have to get anything except food :)

We loved that there were 2 showers and a bathtub available.

Everything was clean, and an initial supply of paper towels, cloths, etc. was provided.

The information in the online listing matched exactly what we found.

We even had 2 parking spaces, which the other cabins did not have. The village's own bread roll service is highly recommended.

Nearby, there are many recreational opportunities, such as the summer toboggan run, Lammerklamm gorge, forest pool Lungötz, lake pool St. Martin, panoramic drive to the Postalm, tennis courts, natural swimming lakes, indoor pools, rafting, mountain biking, horseback riding, boating, fishing, etc., endless activities. It was never boring.

There are many hiking trails near the house, so you can safely leave the car. Good hiking area, also suitable for inexperienced hikers.

We really enjoyed the great view of the Bischofsmütze.

For dining, we like to go to the Winterstellgut, it tastes great, the Haflinger horse breeding and the building with its impressive surroundings are very worth seeing. The horses are on summer pasture in the summer and not on site.

Great hut, fantastic facilities, and a great ski area.

We were thrilled upon arrival, a cozy, fully equipped wooden house awaited us. Everything was clean. Nothing was missing, as we had a baby with us, we needed many things. The cabin is located in the middle of the ski area, the lift and local amenities are just a stone's throw away. The prices are great, not overpriced. No waiting times at the lifts. Sledding and ski rental at the ski school. Great cross-country ski trails and excellent well-prepared slopes. The ski area is suitable for everyone, and it doesn't get boring due to the numerous huts and other leisure activities. We fully utilized the terraces for barbecuing and drinking mulled wine. The view from the terraces and from the house to the Bischofsmütze is fantastic, an Alpine panorama. We will come back in 2018.

Varied ski holiday in a rustic cabin

We, as a family of six, spent a few wonderful days here. We found the cabin clean and well-maintained, and lacked nothing. The cabin is lovingly furnished by the owners and equipped with everything necessary. In the evenings, we gathered cozily in front of the wood stove and played games as a family. The ski area Dachstein-West can be reached directly from the cabin and is not overcrowded. In addition to the great slopes and beautiful huts to stop for a break, there is also a ski kindergarten nearby. We had free access to an indoor pool with a sauna. For a change, we went night sledding in Abtenau, which was a lot of fun, especially for the children. We will definitely come back and highly recommend the hut to others.

We are repeat offenders as well and agree with you. Great cozy house, fantastic ski area, on the slope from the house in 30 meters, rustic huts, pure fun, a lot of slope variety and great huts. Moderate prices in the ski area, no waiting times. We had a lot of snow, great slopes, and lovely weather. The mountain panorama was wonderful. When we were down, there was another hot air balloon glow event at the Dachstein. Many colorful hot air balloons flew over the Dachstein in the sunniest weather. Vacation with family in a beautiful house and surroundings.

Very stylish and comfortably furnished wooden house with a brilliant panoramic view, parking spaces at the house. The ski and hiking area, indoor swimming pool, etc., can be reached within a maximum of 5 minutes on foot. Beautiful view from the balconies, a lot of coziness inside, all made of wood, lovingly decorated and furnished. Several wonderful hiking options of all levels of difficulty directly from the house, or simply through the very beautiful village to the Winterstellgut, full of beautiful discoveries not only for children. WIFI available. Without motorized transport, good planning is certainly necessary. From the house, everything from the mountain to the lake and fine cuisine is within a 30-minute reach, via great mountain roads. The comprehensive equipment with kitchen utensils and cleaning supplies was fantastic, everything clean! Top feature fireplace: Great view from all balconies and terraces, Quiet but central due to sights. Rain, wind, sun, twilight, cats, owls, what more could one want. The deer come directly to the front door, we were quite surprised one morning. We let the peace and especially the view affect us - that nourishes for a long time!

Always lovely, autumn in the cabin in the mountains, brilliant.

Everything matched as described, great vacation!!!!!

A holiday home, just the way you would like it. . . . ! Nothing was missing! Everything was well thought out in the furnishings, everything is in very good condition, adequate storage space, great kitchen, large dining area, toys to play with for the children, DVDs, CDs, books and more, very comfortable beds, bathroom, fireplace, WiFi, terraces, grill, ski storage, loungers, and so on. Everything is there. The surroundings are very beautiful, the people are nice, and the alpine pastures are picturesque. We felt very comfortable here in early summer when everything was green and blooming, as city dwellers. Our conclusion - highly recommended. We will also come as skiers next winter. Great cabin, top equipment *Location, fantastic days!

We spent beautiful winter days here. The cabin is very cozy and well-maintained, we didn't miss anything. The house offers plenty of space, the way to the slopes is short. The view of the mountain panorama is beautiful, sometimes the sky is glowing red, fantastic. The information from the landlord before arrival is very informative. All questions were answered for us in advance. A very friendly contact. The cabin is absolutely recommended. We particularly enjoyed a horse-drawn carriage ride into the forest near Lungötz, with feeding of wild animals and mulled wine tasting. In the evening, we returned with torches on the carriage to Winterstellgut for dinner. Can it get any better? Later, we spent the evening by the romantic fireplace. There are sights, restaurants, huts, and leisure activities in the immediate surroundings; it never gets boring. Wonderful time in a dreamlike setting, in a beautiful mountain hut.

Hello cabin owners and all interested parties, we have been to the cabins at Dachstein several times with a couple of friends, and once again, it was such a beautiful holiday that I finally want to leave a review. This year, our winter vacation took us to Lammertal. The cabins are always well-maintained and lovingly furnished. The view in the morning over the valley and the mountains is simply breathtaking. There are plenty of activities to do in both summer and winter. Whether you prefer easy or leisurely hikes, there is something for everyone. A visit to the beautiful Stuhlalm or a nut schnapps at Resi's is always worthwhile. It is also a great starting point for day trips to Salzburg or Hallstatt. Equally worthwhile are the Welfen Castle, the Eisriesenhöhlen, and much more. There is always something to do. The information provided in advance is very helpful, and everything is well explained. We have also been here for skiing in winter. The Dachstein West ski area is located directly near the cabins and you can practically ski there directly. A holiday here is always worthwhile. The contact with the landlord was smooth, we received a lot of information for our holiday. Thank you to the cabin owners for the wonderful time!

We were here at Pentecost with children and grandma and grandpa and, as Swiss citizens, are also spoiled by our mountains and our coziness. We were surprised by the well-equipped, bright, friendly, and very clean chalet and the fantastic mountain panorama on top of that. Some alpine huts were already open, and we naturally tried the culinary offering, the delicious "Kaiserschmar'n", which was very good, and all the servers were nice. All in all, a chalet and a wonderful environment to feel comfortable and relax. The surroundings invite to many excursions and hikes and activities, from UNESCO World Heritage sites to charming coffee houses. The vacation was over too quickly, but we will gladly come back. The quick and friendly communication with the affable landlords and the many tips we received in advance for arrival and current events, that was great. Here's something for everyone!
