The Stadtidyll lives up to its name. The cosy furnishings ensure a feel-good atmosphere right from the start
Three bedrooms, kitchen, conservatory, dining room, 2 bathrooms and a sauna room are spread over 100 sqm.
In warm natural tones, the living room with adjoining large conservatory invites you to linger. From the comfortable living area with armchair in the conservatory you can look into the garden, watch the flames in the fireplace or watch TV. The adjoining dining table with chairs is not only ideal for dignified meals but also for exciting game evenings.
The fully equipped fitted kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, kettle, egg boiler, toaster, Senseo switch, fridge with freezer compartment, blender leaves nothing to be desired.
Another highlight of the house is the Finnish sauna with three benches. The rain shower provides refreshing cooling after the sauna.
From the bedroom on the ground floor with a double bed (180*200)with adjustable slatted frames, you can access the garden and watch the ducks in the water
The bathroom on the ground floor has a floor-to-ceiling shower, washbasin with vanity unit, hairdryer, WC and towel warmer.
Two further bedrooms, one with a comfortable box-spring bed and a single bedroom, as well as a second bathroom with a floor-deep shower, washbasin, WC, hairdryer and towel and underfloor heating are available on the upper floor.
All bedrooms can be darkened by external roller shutters.
The double garage (clearance height 1.60 m) can easily accommodate bicycles that you have brought with you. Here you will also find a handcart and some children's toys. There is also a charging station for e-bikes.
Due to its central but quiet location, our holiday home is the perfect starting point for a shopping trip to Norden's town centre (2 minutes' walk), a canoe trip (boat directly at the house) or a bike trip to the beach (approx. 15 minutes by bike). You can order bicycles in advance if you wish.
Treat yourself to a delicious and rich breakfast in the nearby cafes or end the evening in the cocktail bar.
If you wish, you can also book breakfast or half board in the neighbouring 4-star Romantikhotel Reichshof.

Thanks to the great location, you are within 2 minutes of Norden's beautiful pedestrian zone with a large selection of shops and cafes. The historic market square as well as the beautiful Ludgeri church or the historic tea museum are also within a few minutes' walk
From the market square you can take the bus (reduced price with spa card) for wonderful excursions to the surrounding towns of Aurich, Emden, Greetsiel and of course Norddeich
Norddeich offers its guests a wide range of leisure and recreational activities.
Due to its direct coastal location, you can swim in the North Sea, go to the islands of Norderney and Juist, experience an unforgettable mudflat hike, learn to surf, kite, ride a Segway, sail or simply relax on the shallow-sloping beach.
You can let yourself be pampered by the extensive spa and wellness offers.
The whole family can have fun in the "Ocean Wave" adventure pool in Norddeich. The seawater pool has waves, a giant slide and separate children's pools for the children, while there is a large sauna area with an adjoining wellness area and various relaxation areas for the adults.
Right next to the Ocean Wave is the beautiful wave park with the children's playhouse, the seal breeding station, the adventure golf course, the maze and a large adventure playground with excavators, raft, climbing boats, swings and Segway station,
Of course, you can also stroll through the beautiful souvenir shops in Norddeich and then stop off at one of the lovely cafes or restaurants in the village.

Beautiful holiday home
A beautiful holiday house. It has everything you need and it was very clean. The beds were comfortable and the location is great. A few mosquito nets would be nice.

Very centrally located accommodation
The accommodation is very centrally located near the shopping street and the premises were very clean. The basic equipment for the second bathroom was missing and there was a big stain on the upper bed. The electrical appliances such as toaster, egg boiler, and coffee machine were not clean, they had to be cleaned by us first. Conclusion: If these deficiencies are rectified, it is a top accommodation for 2 families.
