Welcome to our cozy holiday apartment!

Our lovingly furnished holiday apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a listed building – directly above our Eiscafe Italia, which we have been running with great passion for over 20 years.

The apartment is situated right in the city center. Restaurants, cafés, shopping opportunities, and sights are within easy walking distance. Despite the central location, you will sleep peacefully, as the bedrooms are located at the back of the house. The holiday apartment is ideal for 2 people. A third person can sleep on the pull-out sofa bed in the living room.

Please note: The apartment is located on the 2nd floor and is only accessible via stairs. Due to the low windows in the listed building and the stairs, the accommodation is unfortunately not suitable for small children or persons with limited mobility. We look forward to welcoming you as our guests and already wish you a pleasant and relaxing stay!

The holiday apartment is located above our ice cream café Italia in the middle of the city next to Könische Haus opposite the café Ten Cate. We have been running our ice cream café for over twenty years and the holiday apartment for over ten years. The apartment is indeed in the middle of the city and yet very quiet. The bedrooms are located in the rear area.
