Description
The approx. 85sqm holiday home offers enough space for up to 6 people plus a baby. It has a beautiful garden with a covered, wind-protected terrace and high-quality garden furniture
On the ground floor are the living room, the kitchen with adjoining storage room and the guest toilet.
The chic fitted kitchen has a cooker with induction hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge; freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, egg boiler, blender... Cooking and eating utensils are available in sufficient quantity. The whole family can sit at the colour-coordinated dining table. The washing machine and dryer as well as the iron and board in the adjacent storage room can be used free of charge.
The modern and comfortably furnished living room invites you to feel at home with its large sofa corner (with sleep function). The flat-screen TV with satellite receiver, the music system with docking station and the DVD player (with DVDs) provide good entertainment. But there are also various games available for an exciting games evening.
You reach the upper floor via a beautiful beech staircase. Here you will find two bedrooms and the main bathroom.
In the master bedroom there is a double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m), bedside cabinets, a wardrobe and second TV with DVD player. Due to the size of the bedroom, the children's travel bed, which is also provided, can be easily set up here.
In the large children's room, your children have plenty of space to play. Painting and toys are already waiting for your little ones. There are two tandem beds for sleeping. The lying surface of the beds can reach a lying surface of 1.60 m x 2.00 m by pulling out the second roll-away bed base
The bathroom has a shower, WC, towel warmer and underfloor heating.
The underfloor heating provides warm feet in the tiled area of the house.
From the living room you enter the beautiful garden with a terrace of approx. 20 sqm. The terrace is equipped with a glass roof and side wind protection as well as an electric awning. So you can use the high-quality garden furniture in almost any weather.
In the whole house there are outside shutters (in the ground floor even electrically)
There is space for two cars on the driveway.
You can also easily reach the beach, which is about 2.5 km away, by bus (bus stop about 150 m away) or by bicycle.

The whole family can have fun in the "Ocean Wave" adventure pool in Norddeich. The seawater pool has waves, a giant slide and separate children's pools for the children, while there is a large sauna area with an adjoining wellness area and various relaxation areas for the adults.

Besonders zu empfehlen
There is almost nothing to complain about with this holiday home. Only the mattresses in the master bedroom did not appeal to us as they were very soft. Otherwise, everything is top-notch in this house. Even various board games and games for the children are provided. This house lacks nothing. Highly recommended.
