Description

The flat is located in a quiet street, you can reach the beach by bike in only 10 minutes.
Our flat is allergy-friendly! Pets are therefore not allowed.
With 3 bedrooms, bathroom, storage room and a combined open and modern furnished living / dining area, this upper floor flat offers plenty of space to relax.
The master bedroom is equipped with a, 180 cm /200 cm, large double bed, another room with a, 140cm/200cm, single bed.
In the attic there are two single beds, 90cm/100cm in size. There is a television in each room.
The new and in natural tones coordinated fitted kitchen with many extras leaves nothing to be desired.
The bathroom offers you a special shower experience with its floor-deep rain shower.
In the living area, a cosy sofa set makes it easy to get through rainy days. A sliding door leads to the balcony, which is equipped with a comfortable garden set, discreet outdoor lighting and a heat infrared radiator for cold days.
Everyday aids such as a washer-dryer, clothes horse, hoover, iron and ironing board are also at your disposal.
The parking space is equipped with a charging station for your electric car. The photovoltaic system on the roof supplies the flat with "green electricity".
A lockable garden shed is available for your bicycles. No bike with you? No problem, when booking through our rental service, you can reserve and rent bicycles and e-bikes from a local bicycle rental company. There is also a bicycle rental shop in the direct vicinity of our flat.
Shopping facilities (bakery, grocery shop, discounter...) are only 4 minutes away by bike. To go shopping in the city centre of Norden it is about 2 km.

You like to take the bus! The nearest bus stop is about 900 metres from our flat. From there you have the possibility to take the bus line 412 to Norddeich and also directly to the city centre of Norden. Depending on the offer of the EWE (holiday bus), the trip within the holidays costs only 1 Euro/person.

Outstanding vacation apartment

We booked the apartment with 3 people for the period from August 24, 2024, to September 1, 2024. We rarely had such a completely and qualitatively well-equipped holiday apartment, for which the considerable price is justified in our opinion. The high-quality metal garages for the bikes also deserve extra praise. There was really no reason to deduct points in any form. The organizational preparation and execution also met the highest standards. Even shopping options (ALDI - LIDL - etc.) were reachable by bike in about 4 minutes. We already knew that the beach was about 3 km away (but it was no problem by bike). Given that the weather was also favorable, it can be concluded that we spent a truly relaxing vacation here and can wholeheartedly recommend this apartment.
