The Deichkrönchen was newly built in 2017 in the style of a captain's house. It is located at the end of a cul-de-sac and has a carport and two additional parking spaces directly at the house. The beautifully landscaped garden with several terraces and a garden house for cooler days invites you to relax
On the ground floor there is a large living room with kitchen, a storeroom with washing machine and dryer, and a bathroom with shower and sauna (from the bathroom you have direct access to the separate sauna garden). The staircase in the spacious hallway leads upstairs to three individually furnished bedrooms with double beds and TV in each bedroom, as well as another bathroom with whirlpool tub.

Location and surroundings of object
The Deichkrönchen Neßmersiel is located in a dead-end street in Neßmersiel. You can reach the Edeka market and the bakery on foot in four to five minutes. The first coffee shop is just around the corner. Other restaurants can be reached in five to six minutes on foot. Neßmersiel is a place of peace and quiet. It offers everything you need - restaurants, a bakery and an Edeka market.
Leisure activities are provided for. Cycling, hiking, lying on the beach, walking on the mud flats, skating, fishing, canoeing, boat tours, a range of wellness treatments in the Sauna Oasis and a play paradise for children in the Sturmfrei on Störtebeker Straße. Sturmfrei also has a family cinema, bowling alley, climbing wall, trampoline jumping, Wii games and much more. Due to its good location, Neßmersiel is a popular starting point for mudflat walks. There is also a golf course nearby, as well as a mini-golf course and a heated seawater swimming pool.

Great vacation home, wonderful holiday!
Hi dear Wershofen family,
Thank you very much for the wonderful time in your house.
We had a lot of fun and can only recommend it.
We especially liked the very beautiful and large garden.
As soon as we have planned our vacation for 2021, we would love to come next year for two weeks during the HH summer break.

For the second time and again fantastic
This year, we were lucky enough to rent the holiday home Deichkrönchen for the second time. It is really a great house where you can feel very comfortable. We appreciate that there are always new things and the house is very well maintained. We hope we can rent it again next year.

Traumhaft schönes Ferienhaus
