Location and surroundings of object
The holiday home is located in beautiful Neßmersiel at the end of a dead-end street. Neßmersiel is a district of the municipality of Dornum and is located on the East Frisian North Sea coast. It has two parking spaces directly at the house. The garden faces south-west. The sauna garden faces east and is protected from view by a wooden fence
The Edeka market and the bakery are four to five minutes away. Restaurants can be reached in five to six minutes on foot
Neßmersiel is a place of peace and quiet. It offers everything you need - restaurants, bakery and Edeka market.
Leisure activities are provided for. Cycling, hiking, lying on the beach, walking on the mud flats, skating, fishing, canoeing, boat tours, a range of wellness treatments can be found at WellNessmersiel and a play paradise for children at Sturmfrei on Störtebeker Straße
Sturmfrei - the indoor play centre also has a family cinema, bowling alley, climbing wall, trampoline jumping, Wii games and much more. Due to its good location, Neßmersiel is a popular starting point for mudflat walks. There is also a golf course nearby, as well as a mini-golf course and a heated seawater swimming pool.

Wonderful relaxing time out for two
Our first holiday at the North Sea was a complete success ;-)
We would like to thank the Wershofen family for the wonderful FH and Mrs Daro for her on-site support.
When we were looking for a holiday by the sea, we found the FH by chance and it was a direct hit. It is beautiful and very lovingly furnished.
Everything you need is there. The kitchen is superbly equipped. There are three coffee machines to choose from, which is something you don't find in every home!
The FH is located in a quiet, well-kept residential area. You can walk to the harbour, watch wonderful sunsets or simply observe nature. A trip to the seal station in Norden is a must. We were thrilled by the adorable howlers. A visit to the Christmas market at the moated castle in Dornum got us in the mood for the Advent season. We took the ferry to Norderney under a bright blue sky and pure sunshine.
We are always asked by friends what we want to do by the sea in December?
Our answer is: absolute relaxation, peace and quiet.
And if the weather doesn't cooperate, the Nordsee Wellness Huus is just the right place for you. You can relax in the in-house sauna and end the evening cosily with candlelight and a glass of wine by the cosy fireplace.
Another very important thing to mention is the really great support from the Wershofen family from the moment you enquire about your booking. You book an all-round carefree package

Einzigartig

Sehr zu empfehlen
Ein tolles Ferienhaus! Es fehlt an nichts und es ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Sauberkeit ist prima. Wir haben eine erholsame Zeit gehabt, egal wie das Wetter auf war. Das Haus bietet viel Platz und Möglichkeiten sich die Zeit zu vertreiben. Die Sauna ist ein echter Pluspunkt.

Wunderbares Ferienhaus mit viel Platz
Ein tolles Ferienhaus mit einem deutlich größeren Platzangebot als die anderen Ferienhäuser die auch so aussehen. Super Ausstattung, alles vorhanden. Prima Kontakt mit der Vermietung und tolle Verwaltung vor Ort. Wir haben eine wunderbare Woche dort verbracht und waren rundum happy.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus
Moin liebe Familie Wershofen,
leider gingen die zwei Wochen viel zu schnell vorbei - aber wenn es schön ist, dann ist es ja meistens so....
Wir hatten einen wundervollen und entspannten Aufenthalt in Ihrem schönen Ferienhaus - auch wenn die Rahmenbedingungen aktuell aufgrund der Corona-Krise sicherlich besser sein könnten.
Aber auch davon haben wir auf unseren Fahrrädern nicht viel gespürt und konnten uns auch in diesem Punkt prima erholen.
Dank Frau Daro und ihrer wie gewohnt herzlichen Begrüßung und der perfekten Vorbereitung im Haus, mussten wir uns ja um nichts Gedanken machen und konnten direkt mit dem Urlaub starten.
Vielen Dank auch dafür.
Wir freuen uns jetzt schon auf die nächsten Sommerferien, wenn wir wieder Gast in einem Ihrer Häuser sein dürfen.

Super Ferienhaus wir kommen wieder
Ein tolles Ferienhaus. Wir haben uns als Familie mit 6 Personen sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, es hat nichts gefehlt. Mit den Fernsehern in jedem Schlafraum ist man auch sehr flexibel. Wie kommen wieder.

Tolles Ferienhaus
Ein super schönes, sehr gepflegtes Ferienhaus.
Wir waren schon mehrmals dort. Es wird jedes Jahr wieder in Schuss gebracht und sieht deshalb aus wie ***NEU*** was eigentlich eher selten ist in Neßmersiel. Die Sauna macht uns alles Spaß. Papa feuert am liebsten den Ofen an und schaut in die Flammen. Das Ferienhaus ist auch küchentechnisch sehr gut ausgestattet.
Sehr zu empfehlen von der Buchung bis zum Vor Ort Service alles ***** Sterne!!!!
