Newly renovated holiday home with three bedrooms and pool. Vacation house Marina is located on the edge of a peaceful village, ideal for a quiet holiday with family or friends. A beautifully landscaped plot on the estate of the family Vošten, which deals with olive growing and olive oil production, is located on this beautifully restored holiday home. It consists of two floors. On the ground floor there is a kitchen, living room with direct access to the terrace and swimming pool, and one bathroom. On the first floor which is connected to the internal stairs there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. One of the sleeping rooms has its own bathroom. All rooms are air-conditioned and equipped with satellite TV. Relax and enjoy the beautifully landscaped environment and refresh yourself in the crystal clear waters of the pool.

Villa Marina is located in a small village Vošteni, near the historic town of Sv. Lovreč. Vacation house Marina offers unforgettable holidays thanks to its position. Surrounded by a green, fenced garden overlooking the forest landscape. Only 3 km from the villa there is a small town of Sv. Lovreča where you can find a pizzeria, a restaurant, a cafe, a shop and a post office. In just 15-20 minutes drive you will reach the beaches, coves, parks and resorts of the western coast of Istria (Bale, Rovinj, Limski kanal, Vrsar, Funtana Porec) as well as the historic, mysterious small towns of green central Istria (Tinjan Pazin, Kanfanar, Žminj , Dvigrad, Motovun). At the family farm Vosten you can taste olive oil from your own produce. The area is rich in beautiful cycling trails leading to nearby villages and historical towns (Kanfanar, Dvigrad, Tinjan, Kringa).
