The apartment is located in a quiet area which is surrounded by greenery. It is situated on the ground floor of the house. It has a separate entrance and the garden view. The luxury apartment is located on the ground floor and consists of a three bedrooms with double bed and air-condition, a kitchen with dining room, a living room with sofa bed and a two bathroom with bath and a washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped. The apartment has free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, satellite TV, bed linen and towels. It has a terrace with a large fenced garden with pool, sun loungers, sun umbrellas, outdoor shower and a barbecue. Private parking is also available. There is also a private parking place.

Zgrabljici are situated between Porec, the centre of croatian tourism and Pazin, the heart of Istria. The village Zgrabljici is full of authentic istrian small houses. Here you can still feel the real istrian spirit. The surrounding of Zgrabljici is really nice for long walks and bike rides. You can reach every place in not even 40 minutes car ride. The sea is only 7 km distance from Zgrabljici (Lim Fjord) and the central Istria (Pazin) is only 15 km far. In Sv. Lovrec, place nearby, you can find restaurant and shop.
