Both bedrooms are air-conditioned, and they're equipped with a comfortable double bed and a Satellite TV. The outdoor area of the house features a private pool, ideal for a refreshing swim on sunny days, along with a jacuzzi and an outdoor shower located on the terrace. There are also deckchairs in the yard as well as a spacious terrace with a large dining table. Private parking is available in the yard. Location and surroundings of object
Perini is a small village near the historic town of Sv. Lovreč. Only 3 km from the villa there is a small town of Sv. Lovreča where you can find a pizzeria, a restaurant, a café, a shop and a post office. In just 15–20 minutes drive you will reach the beaches, coves, parks and resorts of the western coast of Istria (Bale, Rovinj, Limski kanal, Vrsar, Funtana Porec) as well as the historic, mysterious small towns of green central Istria (Tinjan Pazin, Kanfanar, Žminj , Dvigrad, Motovun). The area is rich in beautiful cycling trails leading to nearby villages and historical towns (Kanfanar, Dvigrad, Tinjan, Kringa).
