Here you will find a dreamy finca where you feel very comfortable from the first moment. It is tastefully decorated and impeccably clean. Everything you need is available in the house, we didn't miss anything at all. The terrace, garden, and pool are so beautiful that we didn't want to go anywhere else for the first few days. Simply enjoy the peace we were looking for! ! ! The garden offers absolute privacy and an extensive flora and fauna in which there is always something to see. We have been coming to this dreamy finca for several years now, and one feels so incredibly comfortable in this small paradise that one would prefer to stay there. You arrive and the vacation can immediately begin because you lack NOTHING. Everything is so lovingly prepared down to the last detail that you can only feel good. A huge thank you to the landlady Yulya, who takes such great care of the beautiful pool and garden and also supports you with advice and action even in Corona times. We can only recommend this estate and will gladly come back next year! ! !

Traumfinca

We felt "very comfortable" at the property. A dream finca, peacefully rural, yet only 2 km from Santanyí, perfectly equipped. The highlight is the great pool with a beautifully landscaped garden. Yulya is an excellent host, and no wish remains unfulfilled. By far the most beautiful Finca we've rented in the area. We will definitely come back next year. Thanks again to Yulya.

We found this accommodation by chance while searching for an address on Google Maps.
And what luck!
We regularly visit our favorite island and always stay in this area. This house is a true gem: cleanliness unparalleled - down to the last glass in the cupboard. The garden is better maintained than our own. The service could not have been better - express a desire and 30 minutes later "delivered". In terms of location, we deducted one star because although it is very quiet, one always HAS TO DRIVE (unlike in a townhouse): for shopping, to the beach, for shopping.
In terms of facilities, we deducted one star because personally, we prefer a bit more decorative knick-knacks - but that is very subjective.
Unfortunately, I cannot list all the positive impressions - there is not enough space for that.
Summary: Highly recommended!

Beautiful vacation!

We felt very comfortable and enjoyed our vacation. Everything was perfect, the garden, the house, and the pool were beautiful! There were enough dishes and all necessary kitchen utensils. The mattresses were very comfortable, so we always slept well and could start the new day fresh and refreshed! Yulya, the landlady, is super nice and we are very happy to have met her! A great vacation, we will come back!!! :-)

Everything corresponds to the descriptions. The holiday home is well equipped, the kitchen, the storage room and the other rooms really offer everything you need for a family holiday. The towels are changed on request, the pool is cleaned every two days. The bathrooms are modernly equipped. There is enough storage space in the dressing room. The inside of the holiday home has been completely renovated and is very well maintained. The cleanliness is really top! This is due to the fact that the landlady cleans here herself and also takes care of everything and every concern on our part immediately. She is extremely helpful and available at all times. We were already here in summer and last autumn; in summer, the pool was used intensively by our children and we spent most of our time in the mornings and evenings on the covered terrace and often used the gas barbecue. The garden is well-kept and beautifully landscaped, the property is hardly visible, so privacy is assured. The landlady really makes you feel at home as soon as you arrive and you look forward to your next stay. We will be happy to come back!

Arrive and immediately feel at home

We flew back home today with a feeling of melancholy and would love to fly there again immediately. The holiday in this lovingly furnished finca is dreamlike. You get up in the morning and start the day with a coffee in an oasis of well-being. The garden with the pool is so beautifully laid out that you can immediately relax there. Total relaxation

We stayed in this beautiful, lovingly furnished finca with 2 adults and 2 children. Nothing was missing and we all felt very comfortable. The pool is fantastic, the house with the 2 bathrooms very nice and clean and the lounge corner rounds off the feel-good programme. Everything is just as beautiful as in the pictures. We will gladly come again.

An oasis of well-being

Just under 40 minutes by car from the airport, S'Oliveira offers an all-round feel-good package.
The house is lovingly and comfortably furnished and very well maintained and clean. Everything your heart desires is available (coffee maker, toaster, hair dryer, rain shower, beach towels, mosquito plugs, even cold packs etc.)
The outdoor area with the pool is breathtaking. We couldn't get enough of the view from the terrace. Whether eating at the Mediterranean table or sitting comfortably on the rattan lounge, the view into the lovingly landscaped garden with the lemon tree, fig tree, olive tree and orange tree and the diverse flowers is a highlight. The whole thing is rounded off by the beautiful and refreshing pool. The beautiful pool loungers invite you to relax and sunbathe by the water.
Yulya is a gem. The quick and flexible communication before and during our stay worked out great. She is always available for questions and attentively and lovingly takes care that you have a nice holiday.

Einfach nur traumhafte

The house is super super beautiful, very tastefully furnished, super clean, new! Nothing is missing and the landlady is sooo nice. We have really taken her into our hearts. She is always there when you need her and takes care very much. One thing is for sure, we will be back!

Der perfekte Urlaub

Upon recommendation, we spent our vacation here this year and were not disappointed. On the contrary. We have rarely been so relaxed and comfortable, as everything is newly furnished with attention to detail. Nothing is missing, so you feel at home from the first day. If the weather cooperates, the day starts with breakfast on the beautiful terrace, continues at the pool, and ends at the grill or in the fully equipped kitchen. One almost doesn't want to leave the Finca. The landlady has put a lot of heart into the accommodation and is always there to help and advise. A very nice contact that we hope to keep and of course come back to again.

Dream vacation in paradise!

We can wholeheartedly recommend this truly beautiful accommodation. From the moment we arrived, we felt very comfortable. Everything is designed with a lot of love and we lacked nothing. The terrace, garden, and pool are truly a dream. It feels like living in our own little paradise. A special thanks, of course, to the incredibly kind and warm hostess who does everything to make the vacation even more perfect. We have booked with her three times already and have never been disappointed. Quite the opposite. They were our best vacations we had in Mallorca. We will definitely come back again!
