Our modern, bright and chic holiday flat on the upper floor offers enough space for 2 people with a living/dining room incl. top kitchen and bedroom. The bright living room has a large sofa and an additional armchair, a dining table as well as a large LCD TV and has been completed in a modern, maritime style in 2021.
The kitchen is extensively equipped. Oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, electric kettle, ceramic hob, dishwasher and toaster are part of the equipment as well as sufficient crockery, cutlery and glasses so that breakfast and dinner can be prepared quickly.
The bedroom convinces with its large double bed 2 x 2 m and enough cupboards for your wardrobe. Both rooms have
External roller shutters for darkening. A new, high-quality bathroom with large shower, bathtub and WC completes the offer.
Directly at the house you will find your free parking space as well as a cosy seating area on the huge roof terrace. Wifi is of course available free of charge. We look forward to your visit.

Beautiful accommodation near the beach in Kühlungsborn.
The vacation rental was a dream. Everything is new and beautifully furnished. The terrace is wonderful. We had a view, among other things, of the illuminated Ferris wheel on the beach. Our vacation was great thanks to this beautiful apartment. We would love to come back.

Beautiful holiday apartment!!! Beach very close.
We, a couple in their 60s, would like to thank you very much for the wonderful week in your apartment. The apartment truly has everything to feel comfortable, high-quality equipment and a great location. We drove home completely relaxed and completely satisfied.
