Our cosy and modern furnished holiday flat is located only a few minutes walk from the beach and has 70 sqm living space, divided into 3 rooms + kitchen and bathroom. It is suitable for up to 5 people who do not like to live cramped. The holiday flat was renovated in 2019. You will find a spacious living room with flat screen TV & radio as well as 2 modern furnished bedrooms. The kitchen is new and fully equipped. Nothing is missing here. From the oven and cooker to the fridge, freezer, dishwasher as well as crockery and cutlery, everything is available The bathroom is modernly equipped. The garden and the large south-west terrace in absolute quietness invite you to a cosy barbecue in the evening for a nice glass of wine or let the evening end with a cocktail on the beach or in the marina. The holiday flat has its own free parking space directly at the house.

in these troubled times, it pays off once again that our flats are individually designed. There are only 3 residential units in the house, of which only two are currently for rent. Each flat has its own parking space, entrance and terrace on different sides of the house, so that you are not exposed to any danger of infection from other people. The equipment of our flats allows you to live and prepare meals individually, just like at home.
We want you to feel comfortable and place the highest value on cleanliness. Our holiday flats are cleaned by a professional company and additionally treated with approved surface disinfectants
For your safety, avoid booking in large holiday resorts and hotels. If you have any further wishes or suggestions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Location and surroundings of object
The holiday flat is located approx. 300-400 m from the white sandy beach, in an absolutely quiet residential area. All shopping facilities (discounter, bakery, restaurants, launderette, bicycle rental etc.) are within walking distance. The village centre is also only a few minutes away. Wellness, swimming pool, cinema, water sports facilities can be found in the immediate vicinity. A golf course is nearby
You can safely leave your car for a few days and save on expensive parking fees. From here you can walk directly to the beach. The Baltic resort of Kühlungsborn is probably one of the most beautiful and largest places on the Baltic coast because of its preserved traditional seaside resort architecture. We in Kühlungsborn have been spared huge "bed castles" and hotels.
Kühlungsborn has long made a name for itself with its wonderful location on the 6 km long sandy beach and its yacht harbour. The town delights both locals and holidaymakers with its maritime, cosmopolitan flair. Kühlungsborn offers everything needed for relaxation. Sport and fun on the beach, culture and art, wellness, relaxation and tranquillity. From the adventure playground, climbing forest, swimming pool and sauna to countless restaurants, cafes and shops to sailing on the Baltic Sea or the golf course - Kühlungsborn has a lot to offer. For many years, the town has been geared to the needs of holidaymakers and looks forward to welcoming its guests
The town and its neighbour Heiligendamm became famous during the G7 summit in 2007.
Every year in August, the Hansa Sail takes place against the backdrop of Kühlungsborn, Rostock and Warnemünde.

Family vacation with children- the most beautiful days of the year
We, a small family from the south, were at the Baltic Sea for the first time. Our vacation was fantastic and we wholeheartedly recommend this house. We were able to completely forget about the coronavirus and the tension of the past few months and felt so comfortable. Thanks to the owners for this super beautiful apartment in a great environment. We didn't miss anything.
