With 61 square metres of living space, this accommodation offers enough room for up to 5 guests. It has a bright, light-flooded living/dining room with an open-plan kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom, ideal for families or small groups.
This beach house offers you all the amenities you need for an unforgettable holiday. The lovingly landscaped garden invites you to relax and offers plenty of space for the little ones to play. You can conveniently park your car in the adjacent car park. Enjoy your breakfast on the south-facing terrace and start the day relaxed.
The holiday flat has a fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, oven, kettle and coffee machine. Here you can cook and bake to your heart's content. For your comfort, bed linen and towels are available for an extra charge. A television provides entertainment on rainy days.
For our youngest guests, a cot and a high chair as well as a baby bath, a step stool and a changing mat are available free of charge. Wi-Fi is available throughout the accommodation so you can always stay up to date. Long-term rentals are possible, please contact us for more information. Please note that this is a non-smoking flat. The flat is allergy-friendly and suitable for fitters.

Just 350 metres from the white beach in Kühlungsborn on the Baltic Sea, a charming seaside resort in Germany. You can hear the waves crashing on our property. Your private holiday accommodation is located in the centre of Kühlungsborn-West. You can reach the beach on foot (approx. 350 m) or by bike. The nearest bike hire is around the corner. All shopping facilities from the bakery to discounters, restaurants, cafes and smaller shops are also within a 3-minute walk - you can leave your car here. We have also provided a free car parking space.
