The garden is on the south and closed around. There is a parking place for your car on your own property at about 3 meters from the front door. In addition there is a second common parking place about 10 meters from the front door.
The apartment is located in the park Den Osse. The park and the apartment are characterized by peace, space and privacy
Since the park is several decades old, there is a lot of green and big trees
The apartment was built in 2000 and in the beginning of 2018 completely adapted to the requirements of today.
This means for example new dining area and new sofa, new wardrobe, free WiFi and a 43" SMART TV with a large package of German TV channels.

Brouwershaven is a small, idyllic harbor town with sailing traffic. It is located on the Grevelingen Sea, surrounded by individual small villages. Despite all this, the next larger towns such as Zierikzee and Renesse can be reached in a few minutes (about 10-15 minutes by car).
There are all necessary stores in Brouwershaven, such as: supermarket (with bicycle rental), bakery, fishmonger, pharmacy, hairdresser, electrical shop, cafes and restaurants, which are all placed around the old marina
For our smaller guests there is a so-called 'children's beach' at the Grevelinger Meer. All reachable in about 10 minutes walking. These are nice to walk, as you can keep along the harbor, which leads through the historic village center.
To the large North Sea beach you can get by car in a good ten minutes or but comfortably by bike.

Relaxed family vacation.
The house is located in a quiet settlement, children can safely play on the streets with Bobby Cars, etc. A small beach and playgrounds are within walking distance. The house itself is very well-maintained and well-equipped. The garden is very large and completely fenced (great for letting small children play freely outside). The steep staircase in the house is secured at the bottom with a board, and a stair gate would also be useful at the top. Small instructions are provided everywhere so that you can operate every switch/device. The two bedrooms on the 1st floor are spacious, an additional travel cot fits in each one easily. The bedroom on the ground floor is smaller but sufficient. We (2 couples each with a toddler) used this room as storage space. Accessible from outside is a small room with a washing machine and a second refrigerator, where a stroller can also be stored. In the garden house, there is also room for bicycles/ balance bikes, etc.
Nearby is a Landal Park with a small SPAR (about 10 minutes on foot), the nearest larger supermarket PLUS is about 3km away.
Overall, we had a very nice holiday!

Sehr schönes Haus
We have now been in this house for the second time. It is very clean and well-equipped. Unfortunately, we had mostly bad weather during the two weeks. In bad weather, a terrace cover is definitely missing.
Overall, we were very satisfied, especially with the Roosen company.
