Description
We rent out our cosy holiday home for up to 3 people, gladly with dog (max. 2), in Den Osse / Brouwershaven - Zeeland.
The holiday home in Den Osse has a living space of approx. 60m², the entire property is 300m². It is detached with its own covered parking space (carport). The entire property is completely fenced and the beautifully landscaped garden is secluded, so it is also ideal for dogs, which are always welcome here.
All rooms are on one level, so no annoying stairs.
The rooms are divided into hallway, bathroom with shower, spacious living room, open kitchen with large dining table and two bedrooms.
The kitchen is very well equipped with a 4-burner gas hob, oven, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and lots of crockery and other useful kitchen utensils. At the beautiful large dining table you can sit together wonderfully and spend great game evenings.
In the cosy living room, you will find a fabric sofa and fireplace, LCD flat screen TV with cable (for Dutch channels) and satellite (for many German channels), DVD player and mini stereo with docking station for iPod.
A bedroom with a double bed (140x200cm) and a bedroom with a single bed (120x200cm) provide nice nights. The duvet sizes are 2x 135x200cm for the double bed and 155x220cm for the single bed. The bedrooms are small but absolutely sufficient and both are equipped with a wardrobe.
The bathroom is equipped with a large shower, washbasin, WC, hairdryer, make-up mirror and a ceiling-high shelf with plenty of storage space.
You enter the large terrace with adjoining lawn through a sliding glass door from the living room. As the terrace is covered, you can sit outside for a long time even when the weather is not so nice. Outdoor lighting is also available.
W-LAN access in the entire house included!!!
If you need to do some washing, there is a washing machine in the house.
You are also welcome to use the garden house to store your bicycles or suitcases. There you will also find a barbecue (charcoal), a parasol and the cushions for the garden furniture.

Our holiday home Meeuwenstein 103 in Den Osse/Brouwershaven (Zeeland, The Netherlands) is located in the very well-kept and quiet bungalow park Meeuwenstein, which was built in the early 70s. Directly adjacent is the Den Osse park, with a cosy restaurant (really highly recommended!) and a large playground with a football and volleyball field, table tennis table and other play equipment for children.
In the neighbouring park Port Greve you will find more restaurants, a supermarket (2 min. by car) that offers fresh bread daily, an indoor swimming pool and other attractions for children.
The house is situated on the Grevelingenmeer (North Sea), it is only 250m to the water. Here you will find the famous diving entrance of Den Osse. The yacht harbour is about 600m away. It is a paradise for sailing, surfing and diving.
In about eight minutes' drive you can reach the attractive North Sea beach and the hot spot for brave surfers - the Brouwersdam.
The wide and seemingly endless beach invites both sunbathing and walking.
Nearby are the towns of Zierikzee (approx. 15 minutes) and Renesse (approx. 10 minutes). Burgh-Haamstede, Domburg, Veere and Middleburg are also not far away.
The surroundings are just great! Sunny Zeeland borders the province of South Holland to the south and has been proven to have up to 150 more hours of sunshine than the rest of the North Sea coast of the Netherlands.
The province of Zeeland is a water sports paradise with extensive coastlines. There is more water here than anywhere else! The best place to go diving, surfing, sailing, canoeing or water skiing. With extensive dune landscapes and natural forest areas, Zeeland offers you a very special nature experience. The land behind the dunes is rich in culture and history. Visit the lively villages of Zeeland, discover the monument town of Zierikzee or the imposing Delta Works storm surge barrier and the Delta Expo exhibition on the island of Neeltje Jans.
Zeeland consists of 6 islands, or peninsulas, and Schouwen-Duiveland (where our house is located) is the northernmost part.
Behind the 17 km of sandy beaches, there is a vast forest and dune area, which offers kilometres of cycling and walking paths to get to know the flora and fauna of Zeeland. There is also an extensive network of bridle paths.
In the north of Schouwen-Duiveland you will find a unique natural experience, the largest and cleanest salt water lake in Europe: the Grevelingenmeer. Bungalow Park Meeuwenstein in Den Osse/Brouwershaven is also directly adjacent to this.

Holiday with dog
We are so thrilled that we have booked again for next year.
Super clean lovingly furnished house - we love maritime :) and look forward to next time.
The garden is completely fenced in all around and planted with a hedge.
The car is parked right by the house and is under a roof, so you can always get in and out dry.
The terrace is covered, so you can always sit outside.
Simply everything is wonderful. Highly recommended.

Simply beautiful!!!
Despite the changeable weather, we spent a wonderful week in Den Osse. The accommodation is just great, very clean and so lovingly furnished that we felt at home from the first moment. Since the property is closed all around, our dog could move freely at any time, so we could relax perfectly. All in all, the entire complex is very beautiful and well-maintained. The North Sea beach is only a few minutes away by car and you can visit many nice villages in the area. We have had many accommodations in Holland, but this one is by far the most beautiful and we would love to come back.

We'd love to do it again. ...we're already looking forward to it.
We enjoyed the time.
Not least because of the perfect accommodation.
A beautiful, house with a large terrace that makes it possible, even in not so nice weather, to have breakfast outside, to drink a glass of wine, to spend some of the beautiful time.
Inside, it is furnished with dedication and actually leaves nothing to be desired.
A large table next to the kitchen saves long distances and invites you to play board games in the evening.
...and also the cosy living room with fireplace offers everything you need.
...even a barbecue has been thought of.
It is situated in a quiet area, but that doesn't prevent you from being in Renesse or wherever else life takes you.
The perfect holiday home for us.
We are already looking forward to our next holiday.

Vollkommen begeistert !!!!
Das Beste womit das neue Jahr beginnen konnte war eine Woche pure Erholung in diesem hübsch eingerichteten und blitzsauberem Häuschen!!!! Alles war vorhanden und der kleine Garten mit beleuchtetem Springbrunnen ein Traum !!! Gäbe es 10 Sterne,so hätten wir die auch gegeben !!!

Ein Haus zum Wohlfühlen
Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub in einem netten kleinen Häuschen. Das Haus war genau so wie beschrieben und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ausstattung lies keine Wünsche übrig und das Haus war auch sauber.
Wenn wir noch einmal in dieser Gegend Urlaub machen würden wir gerne wieder dieses Haus mieten!

Sehr zu empfehlen
Ein sehr schönes geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an dort sehr wohl gefühlt .Wer Erholung sucht ist dort sehr gut aufgehoben. Und es war nicht der letzte Aufenthalt in diesem Haus, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ruhe & Erholung
zu diesem Zweck sind wir ein paar Tage nach Holland gekommen und wurden auch nicht enttäuscht. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, gemütlich und top gepflegt!
Zu dieser Jahreszeit ist es im Park sehr ruhig. Die kleine, gemütliche Gaststätte am Parkende hatte (erfreulicherweise) schon geöffnet. Der Strand ist endlos leer. Es wurde sogar noch frühlingshaft warm, nachdem wir mit Schnee gestartet waren :-).

Toller Urlaub
Wir hatten 2 erholsame Wochen Urlaub in Den Osse.
Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt, liebevoll eingerichtet und bietet alles was man braucht. Unser Schäferhund hat sich auch sehr wohl gefühlt und konnte gut im Garten spielen oder ausruhen.
Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und ruhig. Die Umgebung ist sehr hundefreundlich und man ist überall (auch mit Hund) willkommen. Der Empfang an der Rezeption war sehr herzlich und offen für alle Fragen.
Die Kommunikation mit Frau Fischer sehr herzlich und angenehm.
Alles in allem hatten wir einen tollen und entspannten Urlaub.
Das Haus haben wir für nächstes Jahr direkt wieder gebucht.

Traumhaftes Häuschen
Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche in diesem Haus verbracht und uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist liebevoll dekoriert, sehr gepflegt und von der Ausstattung her einfach Top! Es ist wirklich alles vorhanden was man für einen gelungenen Urlaub braucht.
Auch unsere Fellnasen haben sich pudelwohl gefühlt und den schönen Garten sehr genossen.
Wir können dieses tolle Ferienhaus sehr empfehlen und kommen auf jeden Falll gerne wieder.

Teilweise zufriedenstellend
Allgemein hat uns dieses Haus gut gefallen.
Einschränkungen: Beim Betreten des Hauses muffiger Geruch.
Das gesamte Haus ist mit Halogenspots ausgestattet. Das ist nicht Zeitgemäß (sehr teure Lichtquellen)
Zum Teil funktioniert die Beleuchtung im Wohnzimmer nicht.
Die Heizung lässt sich nur über ein Raumthermostat steuern.
