Description
The garden is on the south and closed around. There is a parking place for your car on your own property at about 3 meters from the front door. In addition there is a second common parking place about 10 meters from the front door.
The apartment is located in the park Den Osse. The park and the apartment are characterized by peace, space and privacy
Since the park is several decades old, there is a lot of green and big trees
The apartment was built in 2000 and in the beginning of 2018 completely adapted to the requirements of today.
This means for example new dining area and new sofa, new wardrobe, free WiFi and a 43" SMART TV with a large package of German TV channels.

Brouwershaven is a small, idyllic harbor town with sailing traffic. It is located on the Grevelingen Sea, surrounded by individual small villages. Despite all this, the next larger towns such as Zierikzee and Renesse can be reached in a few minutes (about 10-15 minutes by car).
There are all necessary stores in Brouwershaven, such as: supermarket (with bicycle rental), bakery, fishmonger, pharmacy, hairdresser, electrical shop, cafes and restaurants, which are all placed around the old marina
For our smaller guests there is a so-called 'children's beach' at the Grevelinger Meer. All reachable in about 10 minutes walking. These are nice to walk, as you can keep along the harbor, which leads through the historic village center.
To the large North Sea beach you can get by car in a good ten minutes or but comfortably by bike.

Entspannter Familienurlaub
Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Siedlung, Kinder können ohne Bedenken auf den Straßen Bobby Car etc. fahren, ein kleiner Strand und Spielplätze sind fußläufig erreichbar.
Das Haus selbst ist sehr gepflegt und gut ausgestattet. Der Garten ist sehr groß und voll umzäunt (super, um Kleinkinder draußen frei spielen zu lassen).
Die steile Treppe im Haus ist unten mit einem Brett gesichert, oben wäre ein Treppenschutzgitter auch sinnvoll. Überall sind kleine Anleitungen ausgelegt, sodass man jeden Schalter/ jedes Gerät bedienen kann.
Die beiden Schlafzimmer im 1. OG sind groß, ein zusätzliches Reisebett passt jeweils problemlos rein. Das Schlafzimmer im EG ist kleiner, aber ausreichend. Wir (2 Paare mit jeweils einem Kleinkind) haben diesen Raum als Lagerplatz genutzt.
Von außen zugänglich ist ein kleiner Raum mit Waschmaschine und zweitem Kühlschrank, in dem auch ein Kinderwagen abgestellt werden kann. Im Gartenhaus ist auch noch Platz für Fahrräder/ Laufräder etc.
In der Nähe ist ein Landal Park mit kleinem SPAR (ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß), der nächste größere Supermarkt PLUS ist ca. 3km entfernt.
Insgesamt hatten wir einen sehr schönen Urlaub!

Sehr schönes Haus
Waren jetzt zum zweiten mal in diesem Haus. Es ist sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Leider hatten wir in den zwei Wochen überwiegend schlechtes Wetter.
Bei schlechtem Wetter fehlt definitiv eine Terassenüberdachung.
Ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden, insbesondere mit der Firma Roosen
