Casa Conti di Sotto has always been an organic farm, where you can immerse yourself in the sounds and scents of the Tuscan countryside while being just a few minutes from all comforts, from our beautiful beaches and from the major art cities of central Italy.
At Casa Conti di Sotto you can still see fireflies and wake up to the singing of birds. There are many areas reserved only for guests of Casa Conti di Sotto: 2 swimming pools (the small one is heated), the Sorgente (a small natural panoramic pool where guests can relax with water flowing over their shoulders), the Kneipp path for hot/cold massage with its relaxation area, an indoor and outdoor gym in a shaded park where squirrels and birds accompany the guests. There is also a reading and music room and various play areas for children of all ages: ping pong, table football, large chessboard, bocce, darts, swings, slides, playhouses. All the houses have a private covered parking space, fast wifi, safe, air conditioning, satellite TV with DVD, mosquito nets on doors and windows.
There is also a covered panoramic spa (a counter-current swimming pool with loungers and hydromassage seats and a sensory shower with a herbal tea/zen area and a yoga area with loungers to greet the sun). Guests can request relaxing massages while enjoying a spectacular and exclusive view, and an aperitif served directly in the tub or at the belvedere gazebo.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED PLACE
We were at Villa Giulia this summer, a perfect stay, competent and helpful staff, the wellness area is excellent, the massage is also recommended. The location is outstanding, 10 minutes from Marina di Scarlino and 15 minutes from Follonica, so perfect for spending a day at the sea and then returning to relax by the pool.

FEWo Villa Mimosa
We felt very comfortable on the estate. There are many opportunities to engage or retreat, for adults as well as children. Three playgrounds, bocce court, fitness room (unfortunately, most of the equipment was not in order, but this will be remedied). For the children, it was especially nice that the small, round pool was still heated in October. The large pool was also still open, but in terms of temperature, it was only for the brave. We enjoyed the terrace for morning yoga with a view of the mountains, especially the library and music room with a digital piano (! ! ! ! ) and a guitar - so don't forget the sheet music! We also took advantage of the massage offer. The large table in the outdoor area was a good place for a large family group (6 adults, 5 children aged 3 1/2 to just under 9 years old) to eat together! The location is beautiful, although the access on the last approx. 2 kilometers adventurous is. Supermarkets in Bagno di Gavorrano or in Follonica are easily accessible. At the sea, you are in about 30 minutes, Massa Marittima and Castiglione della Pescaia are worthwhile excursion destinations and also reachable in about 30 minutes. The care provided by the staff was very good and very friendly, especially for the children. We were warmly welcomed with a basic supply of pasta, wine, and olive oil from the house. Walks in the surroundings allow for great views of the sea with a magnificent sunset.
We felt very comfortable and would gladly come back, although the furnishings of the living and kitchen area could be more practical.

Farm in the midst of nature
We were this summer with my family at Villa Giulia, a beautiful place with qualified and helpful staff.
The location is also excellent, 10 minutes from Marina di Scarlino and 15 from Follonica, so you can quickly reach the sea and then relax when you return to the pool.
