Anytime again!!!
Very nice house-Gates are fenced-parking possible on the property-The house is well equipped-the beach and the centre are within easy walking distance-optimal care by the landlord-thanks to Nicola for your help and support!!!

Actually, I don't really want to give a good review, I want it to remain a secret tip so that we can definitely book again next summer! :)
What a great vacation! The landlord is always available, sometimes it was really uncomfortable for us to ask for advice (best pizzeria?, best beach? etc.), but we accepted Mr. Ferini's offer to contact him immediately with any questions!
And the best part: We forgot an important gift in Massa Marittima, who will send it to us in Germany? Of course.....!!!!
The only thing that slightly spoiled the peace in the garden in the evening was the adjacent supermarket - air conditioning rotors - but that's a minor annoyance, as the house has great windows, so you can't hear any street noise at night.
We would love to come back!

Beach holiday with dog
Clean property, beautiful garden, everything with a fence (so we could let our dog run on the property) - metal gates with a lock. We also appreciated that the car could be parked inside the fence. Air conditioning in the house was very pleasant. Shopping possibilities within walking distance perfect. Center and beach easily reachable on foot with a walk (10 minutes). Nice and very helpful host, also asked several times - very pleasant and gladly again.

Overall great house with excellent care!!
From the parking lot at the house, everything is available, including a washing machine. However, there is a lack of storage space/shelf and hooks in the bathrooms. In addition, there is a lack of a coat rack and cushions for the garden furniture. Otherwise, everything is wonderful !!!

Wonderful vacation in Follonica
This house was perfect for our needs. It was roomy and cool with good air conditioning. The beds were comfortable and the house was very quiet for good sleeping. The outdoor area was great for the 10 and 4 year old children with us. We cooked many meals there and had everything we needed in the kitchen. There are 3 really nice grocery stores within easy walking(one is less than a block away). There is a parking spot inside the gated yard. We walked from the house to the beach many times. It is a bit of a walk but we made it just fine. We loved Follonica and it’s beach. Our host, Nik, was so nice and helpful. He gave us many good suggestions about where to go and what to see. When my granddaughter needed a doctor for an ear issue, he told us exactly where to go and then checked in with us later to make sure she got the help she needed. I would recommend this house to anyone, especially a family looking for a lovely place to spend a vacation.

Wonderful house
Well-equipped, clean house with a beautiful, enclosed and well-maintained garden. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The landlord took perfect care of us from before the trip until after and gave us great excursion tips. If we travel to Tuscany again, we will book this house again.

Ein schönes Haus!
Wir wurden nett vom Vermieter empfangen und im Haus hat es uns an nichts gefehlt.
Das Grundstück ist einfach toll. Wir waren mit unserem kleinen Sohn da und er hatte viel Platz zum Spielen. Schöne Strände sind nicht weit. Wir können das Haus nur weiterempfehlen.

Wohlfühlen erwünscht
Unsere Gastgeber haben das oben angegebene Motto perfekt umgesetzt.
Die Wohnung war sauber und super ausgestattet . Es fehlte an nichts !
Die Gastgeber waren sehr hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich.
Die Wohnung liegt in einem Wohngebiet, von dem aus man das Zentrum und auch den Strand von Follonica durchaus zu Fuss erreichen kann.
Sehr angenehm !
Ein Tip: Im Schlafzimmer im OG hört man morgens die Lieferanten des angrenzenden Supermarktes. Deshalb, wenn möglich, das ruhigere Schlafzimmer im EG benutzen.
Dennoch hat uns der Aufenthalt super gefallen.
Wir können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt empfehlen und würden dort jederzeit wieder buchen ! Vielen Dank an den Gastgeber Nicola !

Villa bella e curata situata in un quartiere residenziale e molto tranquillo. spiagge e centro cittadino a pochi minuti a piedi . La casa è completa di tutto ed è molto confortevole.
