Welcome to the wonderful Casa Conti di Sotto, located in Gavorrano, a wonderful location for your dream holiday. This holiday home can accommodate up to 16 people in 250 square metres of living space, with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with hydromassage showers.
The house can be divided into two villas with separate entrances each for 7/8 guests and each with private solarium and heated Finnish Jacuzzi
Private garden with barbecue and gazebo, small private fitness area, parking in front of the villa.
Wood-fired oven and private washing machine available.
The house has free access to all the facilities at Casa Conti di Sotto: 2 swimming pools, Kneipp pool, spring, indoor and outdoor gym, reading and music room, sun shower, nebulised shower and various play areas.
Possibility for a fee for private entrance to the princess spa: sauna with cold plunge pool and Turkish bath with relaxation area, panoramic spa: counter-current swimming pool with hydromassage beds and seats, sensory shower and panoramic solairum, Zen/yoga tea area.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft und Anlage
Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und haben uns in unserer Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut und es war herrlich ruhig. Auch die gesamte Ferienanlage lässt keine Wünsche offen. Schöner Pool, klimatisierter Fitnessbereich oder Relax Oase. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Un posto da sogno
Siamo stati in vacanza in questo posto da sogno già più volte perché ne sono innamorata.
Le case tutte stupende e super accessoriate avvolte in un' atmosfera calda e romantica.
Presenti inoltre numerose attività ed attrazioni, dalla spa panoramica molto bella e suggestiva per rilassarsi al contatto con la natura, percorsi benessere e vari spazi di attività e piscine sia per grandi che per piccoli, tanto spazio verde e tranquillità, insomma un posto da sogno dove staccare e stare bene :)
