Welcome to the wonderful Casa Conti di Sotto, located in Gavorrano, a splendid place for your dream vacation. Just a few minutes from the sea, only 12 km from the beautiful Gulf of Follonica and 15 from the Cala Violina Nature Reserve.
Private garden with barbecue and gazebo, private solarium with heated Finnish hot tub, small private fitness area, parking in front of the villa. Ancient wood-fired oven. This villa is called Villa Gelosmino and consists of 3 bedrooms and a bathroom with hydromassage shower and a spacious kitchen and can accommodate up to 6 adult guests + 2 children.
The house can be connected to an adjacent villa, "Villa Biancospino" (in total the two villas can accommodate 15 guests, 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with hydromassage shower). Each of the two villas has a private solarium with a heated Finnish hot tub, a private garden with barbecue and gazebo, parking in front of the villa, a small private fitness area and a small private play area for children.
Villa Gelsomino can accommodate up to 6 adult guests + 2 children and has 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with hydromassage shower. Villa Biancospino, the connecting section instead has 2 bedrooms with two bathrooms with hydromassage shower and can accommodate up to 5 adult guests + 2 children.
By booking both villas, guests will have at their disposal a single large villa with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with hydromassage shower, a large solarium with 2 heated Finnish hydromassage tubs, and a private garden with barbecue and gazebo. Private bathroom in the pool/Spa area

The house has free access to all the services available at Casa Conti di Sotto: 2 swimming pools (the small one is heated), the solarium with solar shower and mist shower, kneipp, spring, indoor and outdoor gym, reading and music room, and various play areas (ping pong, table football, large chessboard, darts, bocce, swings and slides, and playhouses for the little ones). Paid options available for private access to the Princess’s thermal baths: sauna with cold immersion tub and Turkish bath with relaxation area, panoramic spa: counter-current swimming pool with hydromassage loungers and seats, sensory shower and panoramic solarium, zen/yoga herbal tea area. Dream vacation
Now here for the second time, our children want to go nowhere else. We've never had such a relaxed vacation with the kids; everything is there: playgrounds, two pools, so much new to discover. Lovingly arranged spots, a natural pond, a cat with little kittens... We were there during the Pentecost holidays, together with several families with children of similar ages, and it worked out great. Very nice and helpful staff, we felt completely comfortable and "at home." We have already booked for next year!

Very beautiful accommodation and facility.
We were received very warmly and felt very comfortable in our holiday apartment. The facilities are very good, and it was wonderfully quiet. The entire holiday complex also leaves nothing to be desired. Beautiful pool, air-conditioned fitness area, or relaxation oasis. We will definitely come back.

Fantastic accommodation
We stayed at Villa Biancospino and really enjoyed our time there. The villa is particularly quiet due to its secluded location. The main complex of Casa Conti di Sotto with all amenities is still very close by. The accommodation itself is spacious and tastefully decorated. The private hot tub was great for relaxing on our own.
