Description
Our beach house was renovated in 2021. On the ground floor, there is a spacious open kitchen with a large refrigerator and separate freezer (3 drawers), an automatic coffee machine, a conventional coffee maker, a kettle, toaster, an oven, and a 6-burner gas stove, dishwasher, new air fryer, and full equipment. The new bathroom has a walk-in shower (hairdryer and magnifying mirror available). On the ground floor is a bedroom with a box spring bed (double bed). Also on the ground floor, there is the Finnish sauna and the 2nd WC.
From the living room, you step out onto the terrace, which is equipped with new, high-quality garden furniture, an awning, and a grill. The terrace is located on the south side. On the upper floor, there is a bedroom with a single box spring bed (with TV) and a 2nd bedroom with a double box spring bed, also with TV. The kitchen, living area, and bathroom area are tiled (new in 2020), and the bedrooms have vinyl flooring. The living room was furnished with a modern leather couch, a leather TV chair, and a cozy armchair in high quality in 2021. The fireplace and the ambiance invite you to enjoy lovely evenings with a glass of wine. The 55-inch television is a highlight, with all German programs available. Wi-Fi is a given!

Location and surroundings of object
On the 30 km long thin chain of North Holland between Bergen and the Helder lies Julianadorp at Zee. Here there is a nice shopping center (also Aldi, Lidl u. Deen), the fishmonger de Boer, a good ice cream parlor, many restaurants and cozy cafes, several doctors and a pharmacy and other nice shops.
The house is located in a small and quiet park surrounded by tulip fields. The house has a beautifully landscaped garden, which is fully fenced and surrounded by hedges. A large playground is available in the park. On the other side of the park there is a 9-hole golf course (also golf lessons), 6-hole family golf (for everyone), mini golf and a new (built 2016) suptropical swimming pool (giant slide, whirlpool, children's pool).
Julianadorp aan Zee has been awarded the "Blue Flag". The beach was designed for its cleanliness and high quality. You have to enjoy the beautiful sunsets in the beach restaurant "PAAL 6" (open all year) or on a beach walk.
There are great excursion destinations that will not get bored like Den Helder: Fort Kijkduin, Marinemuseum, Huisduinen lighthouse, harbor, weekly market. Island Texel: by ferry every half hour from Den Helder. Alkmaar: Historic Old Town, Canal Cruise, Cheese Market. Issel-Meer: Closure dike, Medemblick, Horn. Amsterdam: Canal Cruise, Rijksmuseum, Van Gogh Museum, Anne Frank House. Beverwijk: largest bazaar in Europe.
A riding stable with 2 riding halls and guest boxes are in the immediate vicinity. Beach rides on hired horses or own horses is possible.

An unforgettable week
I was able to spend an unforgettable week in this holiday home with my dog. The holiday home is equipped with everything one needs. The cleanliness deserves six stars plus. The contact with the landlord, Mrs. Knickenberg, was impeccable. I can recommend this holiday home with a clear conscience and would be happy to vacation there again.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus
The holiday home of the Knickenberg family is furnished with a lot of love and taste. Nothing was missing. The furnishings are high quality and modern. A beautiful, small but fine sauna is also part of the facilities, as well as the high-quality beds in the bedrooms and the tasteful inventory in the kitchen cabinets. It's just great!!! Even our dog felt at home right away. We will gladly come back!

We spent a very pleasant week at your holiday home. Everything is decorated with love and very beautiful. We didn't miss anything. Especially a relaxing sauna after a nice winter walk by the sea did us good. We can highly recommend everything.
