Location and surroundings of object
The holiday resort on Mariannenweg is located in a traffic-calmed area in the second row. It is only about 400 m to the beach. The car park is located directly at the entrance to the resort, where a parking space is reserved for you. Access to the resort is guaranteed by a barrier system
Only holidaymakers of the Mariannenweg holiday resort have access. The resort also has a volleyball court and a playground for small children.
There are several very good restaurants nearby. The supermarket is also within walking distance.

You can get the keys to our house at the Nordic office, Am Mariannenweg 38. The office is located directly at the car park to the holiday complex.
If you are travelling via Klütz
At the entrance to Boltenhagen go straight on to the roundabout, take the first exit into Ostseeallee, after approx. 2000 m turn right into Mariannenweg, after approx. 100 m you will find the Nordic office on the left-hand side.
If you are travelling via Wismar / Weiße Wiek
Leave the roundabout in the direction of the centre, drive along Ostseeallee for approx. 800 m, turn left into Mariannenweg, after approx. 100 m you will find the Nordic office on the left-hand side.
The office is located at the entrance to our complex in the immediate vicinity of our house at number 20a. When you drive into the complex, it is the first house on the right-hand side.

House iO. Well equipped. Recommendation: a simple bicycle for shopping trips would be helpful. Service from management by Nordic is not customer-oriented. Despite a half-empty parking lot, no additional parking option was provided upon request.

Liebe Familie N., vielen Dank für Ihre Bewertung. Es tut uns leid, dass Ihnen kein weiterer Parkplatz zur Verfügung gestellt werden konnte. Der Parkplatz ist leider kein Gemeinschaftseigentum. Jeder Parkplatz gehört einen Eigentümern. Aber direkt neben unserem Gelände befindet sich ein Gemeindeparkplatz, wo immer freie Plätze zu finden sind. Die Anregung mit dem Fahrrad werden wir prüfen. Wir würden uns sehr freuen, Sie wieder einmal bei uns begrüßen zu können. Bis dahin wünschen wir Ihnen alles Gute !

Very nice house for vacation, friendly landlords, lovely location near the mountains.
Beautiful semi-detached house with plenty of space, both inside and around, good equipment, quiet location, relatively short distance to the beach - The cleanliness was fine - very friendly landlords, good service. The house is highly recommended. We would love to come back!
