Spend a fantastic Baltic Sea holiday in the holiday flat "Cosima" - directly in the promenade, the heart of Binz, only 200m from the beach.
The "Cosima" holiday flat overlooks the historic centre of Binz. The spacious living room is equipped with flat-screen TV (cable), radio, MP3 player, room safe, WLAN and kitchenette (with dishwasher, 2-plate cooker, microwave, refrigerator with ice compartment, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, etc.; see photo). The furnished balcony facing southeast is equipped with sun lounger, table and chairs and is accessible from the living room and the bedroom and even offers a small sea view. The bedroom has a double bed (1.60 x 1.90m) and wardrobe. The beautiful bathroom is equipped with WC, shower, washbasin, hairdryer and towel dryer.
The holiday flat is located on the 2nd floor.

The "Monbijou" villa was built in 1891 and lovingly renovated in 1995. It is a historic seaside villa directly in the promenade of Binz, which connects the Schmachter See lake with the pier and the Baltic Sea. You will find many shopping facilities, bakers and restaurants nearby. The beach, the promenade and the pier are only 200m away.

Beautiful apartment in the center!
Great location. Bakeries next door for breakfast. We really liked the large balcony and the fact that we could park for free right at the house. We would also like to thank the landlord very much for accommodating us on our arrival!
