Description
At the foot of the Montgo, Denia’s local mountain, is this well-maintained, well-equipped villa with a main apartment for 6 people on the upper floor and an additional apartment on the garden level for 3 people. For the youngest visitors, a cot, a high chair, and two strollers are available free of charge. Relax in the large garden with private pool and sunbathing areas – eight sun loungers and a sun umbrella are available – or on the elevated terraces with beautiful views of the mountain or the old town of Denia.
The entire property, with a plot size of 830 sqm, is protected and enclosed by walls and hedges. Through an electric rolling gate you reach the garage and the parking space in front of the apartment door on the property. Apartment on the upper floor
The apartment with internet access via Wi-Fi consists of 3 double bedrooms with sleeping accommodations for 6 people. Through the spacious living room with open kitchen, you reach the two covered terraces. Depending on the position of the sun and your personal preferences, you will always find the optimal place to stay – from sunny to shady.
There are two bathrooms, each with a toilet and sink; one bathroom is equipped with a shower tub. You can use the large garden including seating area, illuminated pool with Roman steps, outdoor shower, and charcoal grill or smoker.
On the terrace, everyone—including the residents of the garden-level apartment—can dine together. A gas grill is available here.
A washing machine and dryer are also available for use. An iron and ironing board are also provided. For your valuables, there is also a safe in the house. The living area without terraces is approx. 115 sqm. The two terraces have a size of approx. 47 sqm, so in total you have approx. 162 sqm available on the upper floor.

The 56 sqm apartment consists of a living room with integrated kitchenette and dining area, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms. In this apartment, the ceiling height is approx. 2.05 m to 2.10 m. One doorway is only 1.68 m high.

We would love to come again.
We, five women from the Westerwald region, had the opportunity to spend a week in this vacation home. This house not only has good amenities but also immediately gives you the feeling of being at home. This is not only due to the friendly welcome with a welcome message and drink but also to the well-kept condition of the house and garden. Communication between the landlord, property manager, and us was flawless. We would love to come back to enjoy this relaxing environment again.

We can only highly recommend the house.
We stayed at this vacation home in Denia in June 2021. The house was exactly as described on the internet. We felt incredibly comfortable from the beginning. The owners of the house decorated it with a lot of love. We have never had such a great welcome. Welcome drinks in the fridge. The manager was very nice. The pool and the whole property were well-maintained. Conclusion: We can only recommend this house and we will come back.
