Description
The 63 sqm large, comfortable semi-detached house is furnished in a modern style. All windows and the patio door are fitted with pleated blinds on the inside and roller shutters on the outside. There is a mosquito screen in front of each window.
Smoking and pets are not allowed. A parking space belonging to the house is located directly next to the house. In the adjacent storage room you will find the terrace furniture, a barbecue and a handcart. The terrace is south-facing, with an awning protecting the entire terrace area from too much sun.

The holiday home is located in the holiday village in Boltenhagen, in the middle of a park-like, child-friendly complex with generous lawns and old trees on the edge of the "Klützer Bach" nature reserve (western edge of Boltenhagen)
The quiet, idyllic complex - each about 350 metres to the beach and to shopping (Aldi, KIK, Markant, etc.) - offers all the prerequisites for a relaxing holiday
On the ground floor of the holiday home is the living room with a wood-burning stove, corner sofa with coffee table, a glass cabinet and a TV. There is also a dining table with 4 chairs in the same room.
You will also find a fully equipped kitchenette with oven, ceramic hob, fridge, microwave and dishwasher
Next to the living room is one of the two bathrooms. It has a washbasin/closet combination, a washing machine, a toilet and a shower cubicle
Adjacent to this bathroom is a newly furnished bedroom with a closet
Upstairs you will find another bedroom with a spacious wardrobe, a double bed, two bedside tables, a TV table on which the TV is placed
The adjoining bathroom has a modern washstand, a bathtub with shower and a WC. The bathroom has two skylights.

A successful vacation
The description of the holiday accommodation matched the reality 100%. We have experienced quite differently in the past with other holiday accommodations. Service, cleanliness, and value for money were simply excellent. We would love to come back and felt very comfortable.

A holiday for relaxation
We have been to this holiday house for the 3rd time this year. The location is great; not too far from the beach and shopping facilities, yet very quiet. The apartment offers everything you need. As a family of 4, we especially appreciate the luxury of 2 bathrooms.

We will be staying at House Arkona for the 8th consecutive year next year.
The equipment and service have never given cause for complaint, very well-kept house, located in a quiet area, ideal for families with children, everything is available from high chairs to safety gates to the cart. Short walk to the beach, 2 minutes by bike, under 10 minutes on foot.

Again and again gladly
As repeat offenders, we have gladly come here again for years. Great value for money, important small details like mosquito nets on the windows, bicycles, or a washing machine, and the right north-south orientation ensure a perfect vacation.
