After many years of vacation on Texel, we made our dream come true in autumn 2014 and bought a holiday home in the holiday park 'De Krim', Texel.
The house was completely renovated in 2014/15 and newly furnished.
In the winter of 2016/17, the house was rebuilt again.
The lower bedroom and the corridor were enlarged.
Winter 2018 Enlargement of the terrace windbreak.
On 108 sqm our house offers the best conditions for a relaxing holiday.
In the house are:
2 bedrooms with double bed, in one is another TV
1 bedroom with 2 single beds
2 bathrooms (bathroom downstairs with shower, bath and sauna, separate toilet, bath above with shower and toilet).
The living room adjoins the dining area, which has an open kitchen
connected is.
From the living room leads to the large, sheltered terrace, which is sunny from early morning until late in the evening. New garden furniture is available.
The garden includes a garden shed with a small covered patio.
There is also a washing machine, clothes dryer, ironing board and iron in the store room.

Location and surroundings of object
Texel is a North Sea island in the Dutch province of North Holland. It is the largest and most westerly of the Dutch North Sea islands. It is also called the Netherlands in small, because all landscapes occur on Texel. There are watts and sandy beach, dunes and forests, meadows, flower fields, salt marshes, old small towns, museums, harbor, 140 km bike paths.
Texel claims to have the highest number of hours of sunshine in the entire Netherlands.
Our holiday home is quietly situated on the edge of the beautiful five-star holiday park De Krim near de Cocksdorp. The holiday park is very well equipped. With a new indoor and outdoor pool, several restaurants, bowling alleys, miniature golf course, a children's play paradise, an outdoor playground, a theater, a supermarket and an attractive leisure program. The golf course De Texelse is located in the middle of a dune area and is adjacent to the holiday park. As a vacationer, you can reserve your tee times there. There are also taster courses available.

Ein sehr schönes Haus. Wir waren schon öfter in diesem Ferienhaus und werden ganz bestimmt wieder kommen. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.
