Warm welcome to the sea at our cozy mobile home in Nieuwliet in the Dutch province of Zeeland.
Enjoy the tranquility in the well-maintained, fully fenced, and private garden or breathe fresh air during an extensive walk by the sea. The beach is conveniently accessible on foot or by bicycle in just a few minutes (distance about 950 m). Right after the exit of the park, the dike section begins, separated only by the small coastal road. This invites you to bike rides or walks with a sea view. You can replenish your strength at one of the various beach pavilions or at the coveted snack bar "Fritura 't Gemaal" located between the mobile home park and Roompot park.
Our non-smoking chalet has two bedrooms (1 double bed 1.60m and 2 single beds).
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer, gas stove, microwave with baking function, kettle, filter coffee maker, and Senseo machine. Dish towels and other kitchen utensils must be brought by the guests themselves.
A travel cot for children, a high chair, as well as various toys including beach toys are also available. Two bicycles are ready in the garden shed and can be used if needed. Garden chairs and a parasol are also provided.

There is a parking lot right in front of the chalet or additional parking options at collected parking areas at both entrances to the park. Charging spots for electric vehicles are available in the nearby area (Last Miles, etc.).
The place itself has a playground as well as a spacious lawn area with a soccer goal.
Fresh bread rolls and other groceries can be found in the adjacent Roompot park or in the surrounding neighboring villages. Explore the nearest major cities Schoondijke, Breskens, Cadzand, Oostburg, and Zuidzande.
Particularly worth mentioning is the beautiful town of Sluis, with its unparalleled charm.
Also, the city of Bruges in Belgium is just 20 km from the park.
