Description
In our Villa 4-Seasons you will feel at home in every season. In summer, a sunny, fully fenced garden, a south-facing terrace with beautiful garden furniture, barbecue and sun loungers, as well as the proximity to the beach unrestricted outdoor fun. During the colder months or when the weather does not play along, a family sauna is available for the wellness, and then you relax by the log fire and a nice movie from our small DVD collection, which you can enjoy on the XL flat screen.
We offer a semi-detached villa for 6 persons with 110 m² living space, plot 320 m², fully fenced garden, terrace with fireplace grill, 2 parking spaces at the house.
3 bedrooms, a ground floor bedroom, two bedrooms upstairs, one with extra TV and DVD and safe (2 x double beds and 1 x 2 single beds).
Living area with fireplace, leather sofa, dining table for 6 people, XL flat screen TV (satellite TV), DVD, radio with CD / MP3, small DVD collection, small library, free Wi-Fi.
Modern kitchen incl. Dishwasher, oven, microwave, gas field, coffee machine, Senseo.
One bathroom on the ground floor with whirlpool, sauna and separate barrier-free shower, separate guest toilet and another shower room with toilet upstairs.

The wide and award-winning beach is about 1 km away within easy walking or cycling distance. The beach pavilion Paal 6 directly on the beach access is open all year.
The villa is located in the exclusive golf and beach park Ooghduyne. The extensive and well-maintained park is surrounded by small lakes and canals. In the park you will find numerous leisure activities:

The nearby North Sea beach begins behind the imposing dunes. The approximately 40 km long, wide and fine sandy beach has been awarded several times with the Environmental Award of the EU. In the area of Julianadorp aan Zee there are two managed beach pavilions, one year round.
Not only the beach but also the unique dune landscape with hiking and biking trails invite.
Julianadorp aan Zee: The village has a central village square with pharmacy, bank, supermarket (Aldi and Lidl), fish shop, etc. There are also two shopping centers with two well-stocked supermarkets. Cozy restaurants invite you to eat.
In the area there are many worthwhile destinations, such as the nearby island of Texel, the IJsselmeer with its picturesque towns, Alkmaar or Bergen aan Zee. Amsterdam can be easily reached by train in 1 hour

Julianadorp is a small quiet village with the most hours of sunshine in the Netherlands. It is close to the wonderful beach and a unique dune landscape. The surrounding area offers ample opportunities for hiking and cycling routes amidst the flourishing tulip fields. In the area are many cozy places like Schagen, Medemblick, Hoorn, Alkmaar, Texel and Amsterdam (1 hour away by train). The resort has two restaurants and a snack bar. Several supermarkets are about 1 km away.

Home-Office deluxe
Despite the Corona pandemic, I was able to spend a great work week in the villa. Thanks to the excellent internet connection, I could work from there and enjoy the spacious, empty beach in the evenings. The house is wonderfully equipped and extremely clean. The contact with the landlady was very friendly and flawless. So, I was able to live and work in a different environment for a week. Thank you very much, Mrs. Reidt. I will definitely come back and not just for work.

A great week of relaxation in the Swiss mountains.
Despite the Corona pandemic, we had a lovely week at Villa 4-Seasons. The house is perfect for a vacation with a dog. There is even a veterinary clinic nearby. Not only did the dog feel comfortable, but we also enjoyed the tranquility in the park. The contact with the landlady was excellent throughout the entire time. The expansive beach can be reached in 20 minutes after a short walk. It was very pleasant to walk here as well, as the beach is very wide and one can easily adhere to the distancing rule. After extensive walks (beach, the Schoorl dunes, or Alkmaar with a canal cruise), a great sauna in the house awaits for relaxation. A visit to the Restaurant De Princen Keet in Groote Keeten is almost a must. We are already looking forward to the next relaxing days at the villa in autumn.

Tolles Ferienhaus
We were 4 people and 2 dogs in the holiday home. It was a beautifully furnished house and very clean! You definitely have peace there, even though the park where the house is located is somewhat older, everything is very well maintained and tidy! The house itself was also very clean and the kitchen very well equipped. The only thing I would criticize is that the apartment was advertised as pet-friendly for dogs, and only after booking did we receive the request that the dogs should only be in the living room and not on the sofa. The beach in Julianadorp was very empty at the time of our stay and great for dogs!
Contact with the landlord via email was always possible, and there was always a quick and friendly response.

wonderful vacation in a wonderful house
We spent a wonderful vacation in this beautiful villa in November 2019. Right from the start, the contact with the landlady, Mrs. Reidt, was friendly and absolutely uncomplicated.
The house is very stylishly furnished, as seen in the pictures, and lacks nothing. There is even a TV with Google Chrome Cast for streaming on a rainy day. Thanks to the fantastic tips from the landlord (there is also an information folder in the house), we were able to eat very well and enjoy our holiday to the fullest. The house is, moreover, equipped with everything you need to cater for yourself wonderfully and there is nothing missing.
We can only say that we felt at home and will definitely come back. You can simply tell that Mrs. Reidt takes care of her house, furnishes it with passion, and does a very good job. Thank you for the great vacation, see you next time.
