Description
The light-flooded holiday home is located on a 600 m² lakefront property with a private beach and offers a fantastic panoramic view over Lake Mühlfeld.
The living area of the house is 165 square metres, spread over two floors. On the ground floor there is a large dining and living room with fireplace, an open kitchen as well as two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Upstairs there are another four bedrooms and a bathroom. The living/dining area and the bathrooms have underfloor heating. The bathrooms are equipped with high-quality fittings and walk-in showers
The terrace is south-facing and, with its 60 m², offers enough space to enjoy an extended breakfast outside and to start the day in a relaxed manner. Our holidaymakers also have a fantastic view over the lake from the sauna.
The house is well suited for larger groups. Our tenants and their motives are diverse: hiking groups, wellness holidaymakers, city travellers, trade fair visitors, pensioner groups, couples' holidays, family reunions, year-end retreats, project work, company meetings, summer holidays, short trips, relaxing - and often the combination appeals.

Location and surroundings of object
The holiday home is located in a small holiday home area and has a plot with direct lake access and a beautiful private beach. The Mühlfeldsee is ideal for swimming and surfing as well as for paddling or small sailing boats.
A few hundred metres from Lake Mühlfeld are other large lakes that are also suitable for larger boats. These include the Seelhauser See, the Goitzschesee and the Muldenstausee, which are all in the immediate vicinity and belong to the Central German Lake District with 175 square kilometres of water. Kitesurfers are also regular guests here. The nature reserves of the Leipziger Neuseenland and the Dübener Heide can be explored by bike directly from the house.
In the nearby village, a variety of shopping facilities can be reached by bike in just a few minutes.
Leipzig is only about 25 km away and offers a zoo, an incomparable cultural and art scene, many restaurants as well as numerous sights, a welcome change, e.g. if the weather does not play along. With Petersstraße and the main railway station, Leipzig also has two of the most attractive shopping streets in Germany. It takes about 20 minutes by car to reach the Leipzig Trade Fair, which is just as easy to reach as from many hotels in the city centre.
For day trips, there are also Berlin, Potsdam and Dresden, which can be reached by car in about 1 hour.
We consider the proximity to the city and at the same time to the lake and nature as well as the house with its location and facilities to be unique.
Not only in summer, but also in all other seasons the lake has its own special charm. A quiet autumn at the lake or also the winter with a fireplace and sauna (including a jump into the cold lake water) are ideal for relaxation. Spring is ideal for cycling tours.

A bread roll service can be ordered from the baker. You will find the contact details in the house information. The house is fully equipped to a high standard. This includes, for example, a microwave, sufficient crockery, cutlery, glasses, knives, pots and other kitchen accessories. Furthermore, a 'normal' coffee machine as well as a Nespresso machine with milk frother (please bring your own capsules for this), toaster, magic wand, hoover, iron, washing machine, flower vases, blankets for the knees, lantern.

Fantastic
We (3 daughters) searched for a house for our parents' 140th birthday, where we could all be together to spend some time. Everything was really perfect with this house. We had enough space for 11 people in 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, and we could enjoy the terrace with the lounge furniture and the lake view extensively in the great weather. It felt like everything we needed was in the house. Our entire family was happy! Thank you.
A big praise also goes to the lovely Berger family!

Schönes Haus mit engagiertem Verwalter
Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet mit (fast) allem, was man für einen Kurzurlaub benötigt. Das Verwalterehepaar war sehr engagiert und jederzeit erreichbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Great time with a super view
We spent our report card holidays in this great house with our grandparents. The view of the lake is magnificent and makes you quickly forget the hectic everyday life. Thanks to the fireplace and sauna, the windy cold days were very bearable. The large living-dining area offered plenty of space for playing, chilling and family time. In summer, of course, the property is even more ideal, as we could not use the boat and SUP. Thank you for a lovely short holiday!

Tolles Haus für Familientreffen
Das großzügige Haus bietet genügend Platz für ein Familientreffen. Die wenigen Tage fernab vom Alltag, die wir dort verbracht haben, waren sehr schön. Die Lage am See schafft sogar ein bisschen Meeresfeeling- im Sommer sicher herrlich. Das werden wir bald noch ausprobieren.
Das Einchecken und der Kontakt zur Familie vor Ort funktionierte problemlos.

Ein gelungener Aufenthalt
Wir hatten ein paar schöne Tage im wirklich schönen Haus direkt am See.
Besonders hat uns der Kamin gefallen und auch der empfohlene Brötchen-Lieferdienst war sehr hilfreich und lecker.

Family holiday
The house is very tastefully furnished and has enough space for 10 people. A large living/dining area invites you to socialise and with the 3 bathrooms there were no problems getting ready in the morning.The bedrooms with the panoramic windows overlooking the lake are particularly nice.
In the evenings we spent time on the terrace. A charcoal grill is available as well as a rowing boat and a SUP. The lake was still warm enough for us to swim even at the end of September.
All in all it was a wonderful family holiday in this great house.
We would recommend it 100% to others ?

Alles sehr gut!
Wenn auch nur wenige Tage, aber dafür hielt es das, was das Haus versprochen hatte. Es ist groß, geräumig, modern, direkt mit eigenem Strand am See. Die voll ausgestattete Küche hat alles noch angenehmer gemacht. Die Abende am Kamin oder auf der großen Terrasse mit dem Blick auf den See - was gibt es schöneres. Das wichtigste konne im Ort eingekauft werden. Für Haustiere (Hunde) ist das Haus und das Grundstück auch bestens geeignet. Der Service der Buchung, der Service vor Ort und auch die Abrechnung haben bestens geklappt. Danke!

traumhaftes Ferienhaus
Wir haben 4 Tage in diesem extrem gut ausgestatteten Ferienhaus verbracht. Bei der Gemütlichkeit sowie den liebevoll ausgestatteten Räumen zog es uns nicht zwingend nach draußen. Für Selbstverpflegung ist die Küche perfekt ausgestattet, Holz für den Kamin ist vorhanden.
Super war die Sauna mit Seeblick sowie die Möglichkeit, sich direkt nach der Sauna im See abzukühlen. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern schnell und sehr angenehm. Wir hoffen, das Haus bald mal wieder für uns nutzen zu können, jedoch muss man weit im Voraus planen, da die super Bewertungen ihr übriges tun und Familie Mahnke ein zurecht gut besuchtes Ferienhaus bescheren.

schickes und gemütliches Ferienhaus
Das Ferienhaus hat eine sehr gute Ausstattung. Wir waren mit einer Gruppe von zehn Personen für ein Wochenende vor Ort. Direkt in der Ferienhaussiedlung ist es sehr ruhig. Das Haus hatte auch fürs Kochen und die Verpflegung von allen genügend Utensilien. Die Schlafzimmer haben eine angenehme Größe für jeweils zwei Personen. Im Haus war bei der Ankunft alles ordentlich und sauber hergerichtet.
