The unit has a high quality kitchen which is fully equipped. The bed is a box spring bed. All furnishings are high quality, some made by artists or original items from the industrial property. On the walls hang works by artists of the house, who can be contacted.
There are currently about 45 artists working in the studio house.

Location and surroundings of object
The neighbourhood is characterised by old industrial buildings with and without creative uses as well as residential development. The trendy Lindenau/Leutzsch district around Georg-Schwarz-Strasse is nearby. The cotton mill is also not far away. Bakers, other shops, restaurants and a tram stop can be found within a few minutes' walk on Georg-Schwarz- and Merseburger-Strasse. Next door is another studio building owned by the same owners, where another 35 artists work and exhibitions of the Leipzig art scene are held regularly.

Oasis of well-being in Leipzig's up-and-coming art quarter
A really great loft that lives up to its name. A charming mix of original industrial architecture and tasteful modern furnishings, peppered with design classics and works from the neighbouring art scene. Wonderfully suitable for both working and simply relaxing. There was nothing lacking in practical terms either: a well-equipped kitchen with all the utensils you need, and the same applies to the sanitary facilities. Only a little more storage space would be good if you are travelling with more luggage. Great ambience that is definitely inviting! We will definitely be back.

Full marks for this accommodation
After a few days in nature, we wanted to experience culture in the city. The Mahnkes loft is perfect for this. The furnishings are very comfortable and ideally suited for inviting friends over for dinner.
The style matches the industrial history of the building, you notice the care and attention to detail in every fixture!
Particularly noteworthy is the great art on the walls by local artists!
A trip to Leipzig is worth it for the accommodation alone!
The contact with the landlords was very nice and uncomplicated!
