Relaxing days at your own beach.

Hello Mußtopf family,

we spent a few very nice days with you and had a wonderful time. We truly lacked nothing, and we liked it so much that we would love to come back sometime. The house is really very special and tastefully furnished, and thanks to the private beach, one felt like being on vacation in Italy.

There was always someone available quickly for inquiries and problems, and within a very short time, for example, a replacement for a defective fin on the SUP was delivered. We can highly recommend the house.

Great holiday home

I spent a super nice and very relaxing week at Bella Vita. Despite the great heat at the end of June, it was bearable in the house. All windows have insect screens and external shutters . . . so at night all windows open and cross ventilation, and during the day the external shutters down! A fan would have been an advantage, of course. Otherwise, the house is very high-quality furnished and equipped with everything you need. The lake with private access is of course the highlight. Total privacy. On weekdays, only the holiday guests were in the complex, and it was very, very quiet. On Fridays, the weekend homeowners come, and you have neighbors again. There is a store in the village where you can get all the necessary groceries, like at Aldi. It takes about 20 minutes on foot. My conclusion: I have already booked for next year and will come back. 5*
