Wonderful!
We were there as a family over New Year's Eve and were more than satisfied. Nothing was missing, but also nothing at all. I have never rented such a well-equipped holiday home.
Very friendly and quick contact, very clean and fresh everything. Fantastically situated not far from the Achterwasser
The road next to the house was busy in the morning, but we were able to close the windows in winter
I recommend this holiday home

Sehr zu empfehlen!
Wir haben zu fünft (3 Generationen) tolle zwei Wochen in diesem sehr gut ausgestatteten Ferienhaus verbracht. Auch an den Regentagen kam keine Langeweile auf und das Haus bietet ausreichend Möglichkeiten sich auch mal zurück zu ziehen. Sehr genossen haben wir den Strandkorb auf der Terrasse :-)
Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war sehr angenehm, schnell und unkompliziert.
Lage:
Am Ortsrand in einer reinen Ferienhaussiedlung, fußläufig zum Achterwasser. Ein Auto ist sehr zu empfehlen (2 Stellplätze) vorhanden.. Mit Ausnahme des Einkaufens ist das Fahrrad das optimale Fortbewegungsmittel.
Insgesamt ist es im und um das Haus sehr ruhig. Lediglich das Kinderzimmer geht leider zum etwas stärker befahrenem "Neuendorfer Weg", sodass es meinen Teenangern zu laut war, um bei offenen Fenster zu schlafen. Allerdings schlafen sie auch gerne bis mittags, für kleinere Kinder wahrscheinlich kein Problem. Alle anderen Räume sind herrllich ruhig und auch im Garten oder auf der Terrasse hört man die Straße nicht!
Am Achterwasserist haben wir sehr wenig andere Menschen getroffen obwohl man kann hier wunderbar spazierengehen oder joggen kann.
Ausstattung:
Überdurchschnittlich! Nichts nur reichlich Geschirr und Besteck, sondern auch die Küchenutensilien sind sehr reichhaltg und auch für 5-6 Personen in ausreichende Menge und GRÖße vorhanden. Wir haben bei fast täglichem kochen wirklich NICHTS vermisst. Lediglich der kleine Elektrogrill eher für 2 als für 6 Personen geeignet.
Das Haus ist sehr durchdacht aufgeteilt und optimal genutzt. Alle Räume lassen sich mit Aussenjalousien verdunkeln. Und die Schränke bieten für 14 Tage genügend Raum.
Die Bäder sind groß und bieten ebenfalls ausreichend Stauraum. Und durch die ebenerdige Duschen und 1 Schlafzimmer im EG auch für Senioren geeignet.
FAZIT
Wer ein toll ausgestattetes Ferienhaus sucht und es gerne ruhig mag ist hier definitiv richtig!
