Description
We moved to this beautiful area in 1994 and rent out our exclusive holiday home for discerning guests, a stone's throw from the Schlosskurs golf course and 4 other golf courses. There is also tennis, surfing, kiting, water skiing and horse riding. Discuss your wishes for an unforgettable holiday directly with us. The house was completed in 2013 and offers many amenities such as sauna, outdoor whirlpool with 38° all year round, fireplace, Wi-Fi and TVs in all rooms. From the breakfast table on the balcony you can enjoy a wide view over the picturesque landscape, which has hardly changed for 300 years. The bread roll service brings the rolls fresh daily, of course.
On 2 floors you will find 3 bedrooms (2 x 180 x 200 cm double beds, 2x 90 x200 cm single beds) and 2 bathrooms.

Our Cavallo holiday home is quietly located on the edge of the Land Fleesensee holiday complex amidst fields and meadows on the Mecklenburg Lake District, which invites you to enjoy a variety of water sports. All year round you can play golf, go on cycling tours, experience nature in the nearby Müritz National Park and especially in autumn at the time of the crane migration. Visit numerous castles, exhibitions and landscape parks and, last but not least, the Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania Festival with high-ranking artists and 120 concerts from March until Advent.
In cold winters, you can let off steam on an ice rink closed from Hamburg to Berlin.

The holiday home CASA CAVALLO is a separate holiday home in a star-shaped complex of 4 separate holiday homes (Leonardo, Cavallo & 2 others), which all have their own garden area with their own outdoor whirlpool. If you are planning a stay with more than 6 people, simply book one or more of the neighbouring holiday homes, so that the distances are as short as possible

The booking was uncomplicated. The instructions before the rental period were confusing, as they consisted solely of rules and prohibitions during the rental time. A few friendly suggestions about possible to-dos (e.g., restaurant tips) in the area would have made it appear much friendlier. This is especially considering that all instructions were also available in the house. Upon arrival, the first impression was rather negative. The garden was absolutely neglected, the lawn, which cannot be called such, had not been mowed for at least two weeks, a garden light was broken in the garden. The bicycle shed was completely dirty with leaves from last autumn. The balcony and the furniture on the balcony had not been cleaned for a long time and did not invite you to linger.
The furniture in the bedrooms was heavily worn out (artificial leather was perforated/torn). The sauna door could not be closed, but was also not used; the second skylight in the bathroom, which should actually open automatically with the first one, failed to function. The house had a LAN/WLAN connection. It became clear that this is an investment property. The maximum download speed was 0.37 Mbps, making normal current use simply not possible. In summary, we simply expect accommodation with fewer defects for the price. We are currently experiencing a different situation in another accommodation on Usedom.

Danke für Ihre Bewertung , die wir so nicht stehen lassen können. Leider hatten wir keinerlei Rückmeldung Ihrerseits zu all den angesprochen Themen während Ihres Aufenthaltes.
Die Anreiseinfo enthält nun einmal Informationen die schlicht notwendig sind und um deren Beachtung wir leider bitten müssen, für Sie erscheinen diese wohl als Gebote. Was hier irritierend ist, erschliesst sich uns nicht! Zwei Verbote, die leider immer wieder aktuell sind: Die Außensteckdose ist nicht für das Laden von E-Fahrzeugen geeignet. Es gibt auch immer wieder Gäste, die keine Bettwäsche mitbringen.
Am Ende der Anreiseinfo können Sie lesen, dass im Haus eine Info-Mappe der Gemeinde ausliegt mit Inseraten aller gastronomischen Einrichtungen und den Freizeitangeboten. Aktualisiert im April 2022!
Schon in der Anzeige und im persönlichen Angebot schreiben wir, daß das Internet bzw. WIFI eine niedrige Bandbreite hat. In dem Ortsteil gibt es weder DSL über Kupfererdkabel geschweige denn Glasfaser. Vor 2025 ist keine entsprechende Versorgung möglich. Daher sind wir auf LTE Internet angewiesen. Sie werden bei Ihrem Urlaub auch mit Ihrem Handy die schlechte Netzabdeckung der Region bemerkt haben!
Dieses Haus wurde nicht für die unentgeltliche Nutzung für Freunde errichtet, richtig, es ist ein Renditeobjekt mit allen laufenden Kosten.
Die Abnutzung der Betten ist uns neu, werden dies aber bei nächsten Wechsel begutachten.
