Bedrooms: each with a double bed (one-piece mattress 160x200) and wardrobe. The bedroom upstairs on the left is additionally furnished with a sofa bed. High chair, children's travel bed and children's mattress are available
There is a terrace on both sides of the house. A third seating area is laid out with a view of the house's own flower slope. Garden furniture and a charcoal grill are available

Location and surroundings of object
Our holiday home is situated on a slope in a small holiday home settlement on the edge of the village. Only a few metres separate you from the beautiful landscape of the Mecklenburg Lake District. The direct location at the equestrian farm and the golf courses as well as the quiet surroundings are ideally suited for an eventful holiday. There are many other leisure facilities on site. A swimming pool with wellness area, tennis courts, a riding school, bowling alleys, bicycle rental, miniature golf, various restaurants and shopping facilities are available directly in the village. The beach is about 2000 m away. Forests, meadows and fields with cycle and bridle paths are directly adjacent
LAND FLEESENSEE" (Göhren-Lebbin) is a beautifully landscaped holiday area - situated in the middle of the Mecklenburg Lake District and only a few minutes by car from the Müritz. Fleesensee (Untergöhren) is 2 km from Göhren-Lebbin. There you can enjoy the beach, water sports and lake tours. In the season, Untergöhren can be easily reached by local bus shuttle (spa card is ticket) or by bicycle or on foot through the beautiful nature. The nearest landing stage is in Untergöhren. In general, the landscape invites you to go on bicycle tours and walks
Müritz National Park is a wonderful experience and is right on the doorstep
The next bigger village is MALCHOW (7 km), with all shopping facilities on site. WAREN/ Müritz is just under 20 km away.

Cancellation terms:
Free cancellation possible up to 42 days before the arrival date.
The deposit is due immediately in the amount of 25%. In case of withdrawal from the booking, 80% of the invoice amount is due up to 20 days before the start of the rental, and the full invoice amount is due if withdrawal occurs thereafter. A (partial) credit towards future bookings is possible. If the booked and then canceled period can be re-let wholly or partially, the cancellation costs will be reduced accordingly.

Pure relaxation at Lake Fleesensee
A very beautiful house with a functional furnishing. The space in the house is wonderfully divided, and everything needed is available. The best part is the 3 terraces. You always have the choice between sun and shade (when the sun is shining, of course). But we had 7 days of sunshine and enjoyed it.

Great vacation house
I can recommend the accommodation. We treated ourselves to the luxury of occupying the vacation home with two people. Each had their own floor with a private bathroom. Because it is a detached house with a very beautiful garden and three different seating areas, we had a very quiet and the choice to use the garden depending on the sun. The house was clean and functional. We felt very comfortable.

We live and work on the edge of Germany's largest city. We have had our little house in Göhren-Lebbin since 2005. A nice balance. Whenever possible, we are there ourselves. We enjoy the house and garden, cosy evenings in summer ... outside. We also like to be there in winter. Then long walks and cosy evenings by the fireplace relax us. And of course there is the one or other little thing to repair or renovate. Make yourselves at home as our guests. And if something is missing, broken or otherwise catches your eye, it's best to contact us directly. Thank you and have a good few days on site.
