We felt very comfortable and welcome. The location is quiet and relaxing. Shopping possibilities can be reached by car in 8 minutes. The lake is a 5-minute walk away and very clean. The accommodation is clean and well-kept with two full and comfortable beds and a sofa bed for two people in the adjacent room. The kitchen is equipped with an induction stove, Jura coffee machine, kettle, plenty of cutlery, dishes, cups, and various utensils. The highlight is the bathroom with a massage shower. Rajk (the landlord) is very accommodating and helpful. We were the first ones this year to use the rowboat. Thank you Rajk and your family for this wonderful holiday ???

Beautiful vacation by the lake in the eastern Allgäu.

Very nice holiday home in a small village. Lake only 300 meters away with a bathing area. Back terrace with lake view is a place of relaxation. 2 top loungers and garden shower. Everything you need for a holiday is available in the house itself. Rajk, the landlord on-site, is very nice and accommodating, always approachable if you need something (Sunday morning he was kicked out of bed by us because we accidentally locked ourselves out), mattresses were very good, top bathroom. We were there with e-bikes and it was a good choice. As described in the title, it is very hilly on-site, but cycling with the e-bike is a lot of fun. If you want peace, want to switch off properly, and want to relax, the holiday home by the lake 2 is a very good choice. We enjoyed the evenings on the terrace very much. We almost swam in the lake daily (we were almost always alone at the bathing area). Here are two top recommendations. The restaurant Zum Burgwall in Groß Raden is worth a visit as well as a visit to the fishing company Seenfischerei Sternberg. Thanks again to Rajk for the lovely stay.

Wi-Fi is soon to be connected to fiber optics, we had some trouble with the network search. Fly screens in the bathroom suggested as an improvement. PS: 3 vacuum cleaners are available, one is probably enough.

We will come back and can absolutely recommend the holiday home.

great holiday home in a quiet location near the lake for relaxation

We spent a very nice and relaxing week in the holiday house. The landlord is very accommodating and helpful. We felt comfortable right away. The holiday house is modern and comfortably furnished. Attention was paid to details, such as fresh flowers everywhere and a welcome gift. We also got along very well with our mobility impaired child (able to walk a few steps). The terrace, especially with the glazed seating area, we found very beautiful. We could also sit together comfortably in rainy weather.
The lake, with its very clear and clean water, can be reached in 5 minutes (even with a wheelchair). A thick folder with information about excursion destinations and restaurants in the area was available. With that, we were able to discover and experience a lot in the area in all weather conditions.
We will definitely come back.

Ruhig und erholsam

When it rains like it does with us, bathing is unfortunately not possible. . . then you really have to drive a bit to do something. Unfortunately, there is nothing on site. I would have liked a little introduction from the landlord! The windows were unfortunately really dirty. . . not okay for the price! And the swallow's nest right in front of the bedroom window has caused a lot of dirt. . . could have at least cleaned it if the nest cannot be removed (nature conservation). Pictures online no longer match entirely. Except for the beds, the furnishings were great. The bathroom was very nice, as well as the kitchen.

Calm and refined - here you can relax and lie down :)

This accommodation has everything you need. Great facilities and great location. The landlords are very nice and uncomplicated. We were warmly welcomed with Prosecco and good wishes for the holiday.
A small beautiful bathing spot can be reached on foot in three minutes. We had a beautiful view of the lake from the bungalow. We were extremely satisfied. Thank you very much.

:A dreamlike vacation.

Hello everyone, we stumbled upon this holiday home by chance and we would like to express our warmest thanks to the landlords for the great on-site support. Even our large trailer was allowed to park securely on private property. We spent two very relaxing weeks and the location is simply TOP! You can explore everything from Rügen to Hamburg within a maximum of 2 hours. Whoever is waiting here for bustle and evening programs is in the wrong place, because here it's all about tranquility, I mean really tranquility. We brought our kayaks and bicycles, so there was always something to do. And if not, it's just great on the terrace with a view of the lake!!! And just a few meters away you can jump directly into the lake :-) We cooked a lot ourselves and it was really fun because the kitchen has everything you need. All in all, we can say........ A perfect holiday ..... Probability of repetition :-)

Rest and relaxation in an exclusive holiday home

First of all, a big thank you to the landlord for the unproblematic, friendly and very accommodating service before and during my holiday. If you are looking for peace and quiet away from the big city, this holiday home is the perfect place. In addition, you don't have to do without anything here, top equipment, well-kept and very modern ambience. The beautiful location rounds off the whole experience. If the garden shower is not enough, then head for Lake Groß Labenz, which is only a few minutes away and invites you to splash and swim in the best and clearest water. A visit to the port of Wismar for a fish boat is well worth it. I can recommend this holiday home to anyone who wants to escape the stress of everyday life.

A successful repetition

As always, a very nice weekend!

We have once again spent our wedding anniversary weekend in the bungalow and immediately felt very comfortable again. Super nice landlords, the bungalow as always in great shape and well maintained. Enjoyed the great weather on the terrace, could relax comfortably in the new outdoor lounge seating group, and the pavilion was equipped with glass walls so that you could stay outside even in some wind and drizzle. Probably won't be our last visit.

Beautiful Easter holidays

Unrestricted recommendation! Above-average comfort. Exclusive cuisine. Sufficient space for 4 people, if one can live with some sound transmission. Wonderful tranquility in the surroundings. Several seating and lounging furniture outdoors. Easy check-in and check-out. Although we arrived early in the year, our request to have the boat put in the water was accommodated. The 10 km circuit around the lake is also beautiful. 40 minutes to the Baltic Sea. Good shopping opportunities about 6 km away in Warin. We felt at home from the 1st moment. From the first minute, I felt welcome, which was also due to two fresh bouquets of tulips. Thank you very much.

Highly recommended

We spent a week in this beautiful bungalow and were very satisfied. The furnishings are of high quality. A special highlight is the kitchen, where cooking was fun, and the bathroom, which is superbly equipped. The outdoor area is also beautifully designed. We only have a couple of tips on how to better protect the large seating area from rain to be able to sit outside even then. The beach is very clean and well-kept, and we can definitely recommend it. The lake is very clean too. We would come back again. Also, the landlord is a very nice person.

Fantastisch

We spent a week in this beautiful house with our 6-year-old twins - there was nothing missing, from spices in the kitchen cabinet to an umbrella, everything was thought of. The contact with the landlords was extremely friendly, and they were always there. We felt very comfortable. Can't get any better than this!

For now, I have to say that you can indeed park the car on the property. The neighbor was nice and only asked to park the car close to the house. A second parking spot is about 60m away from the house.

The house is modern, comfortable, and leaves nothing to be desired. The landlord was very attentive and wants everything to be perfect.

In conclusion... we will definitely come back.

We spent our vacation from May 30, 2020, to June 13, 2020 in this beautiful holiday home.
Already when we arrived, we noticed that the house provides everything it promised in the brochure. Where to start, where to stop, the overall concept is simply coherent and not only that, also the so-called little things, everything fits seamlessly together.
There is nothing that can be highlighted, as everything is special. One can feel that creative people were at work on this property, acting with a lot of love and joy. Upon entering, you immediately feel at home, as various welcoming signals are emitted. We felt at home right away - already on the inviting terrace - like on eBay "3 - 2 - 1 - mine". The landlords are also very nice and accommodating without being intrusive. Always approachable but always in the background. Our conclusion, anytime again. If you are looking for peace, relaxation, and tranquility, you are in the right place. If you prefer exploring major cities, they are not far away. If you are more into being active, there are also numerous opportunities right on your doorstep.

For us, the vacation started with the super nice and friendly welcome by the owners. Everything is just right here, from the exclusive design of the furnishings to the smoothie maker :-)
Everything a vacationer's heart desires is available. There is also a selection of drinks, snacks, and even coffee beans for the fantastic Jura machine in case of an "emergency" (delicious!).
We were able to enjoy the week here very much. After all our excursions, we always looked forward to the evening on the beautiful terrace with a superb view. Thank you very much, and hopefully see you soon!

Beautiful house by the lake!

We rented this house for the first time and are thrilled, super modern, very cozy, and you immediately feel at home. From the spacious terrace, you have a great view of the large lake. The included rowboat is in great condition and was used by us almost daily. We also tried the offered pedal boat, nice and spacious so you can explore the lake comfortably. On the last day, we also tested the SUP board, simply great. We would come back anytime!

Wonderful bungalow in a very beautiful and quiet environment.

We were lucky to be able to rent the holiday apartment for a week. Upon arrival, we were extremely kindly welcomed by the landlords, who were always available later if we had any questions. The apartment with the large terrace allows one to enjoy the summer days outdoors. A large comfortable seating area, two sun loungers, and a large dining table are also available, as well as a barbecue and a garden shower for cooling off. We were able to use everything extensively. The nearby lake invites for swimming and boating. Even in the hot temperatures, the beach was only moderately crowded. Since the lake has a shallow shore, it is suitable for children. Additionally, there are numerous opportunities for beautiful hikes/walks or bike rides in the area.
However, the nearest town is a bit far, but it didn't bother us. You should have a car due to the distances or enjoy and bike a lot ;-). In the well-equipped kitchen, we were able to prepare our meals, which meant that we could save money on restaurant visits ;-) From the apartment, you can easily reach the Baltic Sea and the cities of Wismar and Schwerin by car. It was a very relaxing week for us, and we can only recommend the apartment!

Wonderful Days

We spent wonderful days in this tasteful holiday home. Welcomed by flowers on the table, champagne, and Easter bunnies. The kitchen is stunningly well-equipped - we would have liked to take it home with us! The view of the lake and the deck chairs on the terrace in the sand provided a pure holiday feeling. Everything in and around the house was tasteful and matched well. The hosts welcomed us very friendly and later asked about our well-being: what more could you want! Super.

Refreshing short break!

This small holiday cottage is perfect for getting away from the stressful everyday life for a few days. We felt completely comfortable and enjoyed spending a lot of time in the house and also in the lovingly landscaped garden, from which you have a wonderful view of the lake and in the evening of the sunset.

The house is very well equipped. There was absolutely nothing missing. The photos are already very promising, but in reality everything looks even more beautiful. The landlords seem to be very detail-oriented. Everything was arranged, equipped, and decorated to our liking. Furthermore, everything was in top condition and extremely clean.

We were welcomed very warmly, and the house handover went absolutely smoothly, so that we could enjoy a vacation feeling from the beginning.

This house exceeded our expectations. The house is very unique, modern, comfortable, and decorated with a lot of love. The owners spared no expense and the craftsmanship is professional, with attention to the smallest detail. (Motion sensors in the bathroom, remote control for outdoor lighting, etc.) The kitchen is fully equipped, very spacious, and practically invites you to cook. The bathroom with a rain shower is a dream! But our personal highlight is the huge terrace with a fantastic view of the lake. This led us to throw all our excursion plans overboard and spend our holiday in and around the house. The landlords are extremely accommodating and anticipate every wish without being intrusive. Vacation is the best time of the year, and here you can truly enjoy it. The holiday home is very modern and tastefully furnished. The amenities leave nothing to be desired. The terrace is a dream. Everything looks exactly like in the published photos. A special highlight is the garden shower in warm weather. Thanks to the fantastic outdoor lighting, we enjoyed sitting outside in the evenings. We were warmly welcomed by the landlord. He explained everything to us upon arrival, what we needed to know and also gave us tips for leisure activities.

Dreamy house with boat very close to the lake.

First of all: Absolute recommendation!!!!

Upon arrival in Groß Labenz, we were greeted personally by the very hospitable and absolutely authentic landlord, who was very courteous.

Upon arrival at the house, the first thing that caught our attention was the small but fine private mini-golf course in the garden. The garden and terrace area is beautifully designed with a spacious dining area, lounge, and sun loungers on its own small "sandy beach," as well as an outdoor shower. From here, you have a nice view of the lake. The terrace area can be made almost invisible with sliding privacy screens if needed. Privacy guaranteed.

The house itself is very modernly furnished. The kitchen is very well equipped, and the rainforest shower in the bathroom is really great. The bedrooms are small but sufficient, and the living room is also very modern and tastefully decorated. Behind the kitchen, there is a small outdoor seating area so that you can always sit somewhere in the shade. The Groß Labenzer Lake can be reached in just a few minutes. It is recommended to rent stand-up paddleboards from the provider. The small meadow beach was never really crowded during the week of our vacation, and all the bathers were very pleasant. The lake bed is mostly sandy, and the water is shallow for the first 20 meters. In the house, there are various entertainment options including giant pick-up sticks, mini golf course, outdoor and board games, and an extensive movie library to enjoy your time there.

All in all, as already mentioned at the beginning, highly recommended for a couples' vacation or for a family vacation with up to 2 children.

The very modern and tastefully furnished holiday bungalow with its comfortably equipped terrace offers all the prerequisites for a pleasant and relaxing stay. We spent a week there as a couple and felt very comfortable. You can enjoy the tranquility in the dreamlike lake landscape but are also quickly at the Baltic Sea coast. The landlords are very friendly and concerned about the well-being of the holiday guests.

Erholung pur

I was surprised by my husband with a short vacation for our wedding anniversary. When we arrived at the accommodation, I was thrilled. The holiday home is stylishly and tastefully furnished. The kitchen was superbly equipped - even a supply of snacks, juice, cola, wine, etc. was available. The surroundings are very beautiful. We enjoyed the lake view from the generously designed terrace very much. And above all, this peace was very relaxing. It was an all-around lovely weekend and invites to be repeated.

Bungalow with style

The landlord welcomed Sil with 2 small sweet treats and a pair of slippers for each of us! We chose the bungalow spontaneously for a long weekend getaway, which was no problem. It was great that the firewood was provided free of charge. All in all, the bungalow is a tastefully furnished oasis of relaxation! On Sunday, we still had pure sunshine and were able to use the existing sun loungers with a blanket! On the last day, the landlord showed us his in-house sauna and offered us the opportunity to book it for our next visit. He offers this as a highlight for regular guests. Vacation retreat

All very modern and up-to-date. Right by the lake - good for swimming - but also for hiking. Short drive to Wismar and the Baltic Sea - wonderful excursion options. Will definitely come back for a boat trip on the lake and for swimming!!

Relaxation at a high level.

Our small family (two adults, two children) went on a short trip to the idyllic area. The first impression was great. The bungalow has been completely modernized and very tastefully. The colors are great, the furnishings are modern and beautifully decorated. Everything is clean and tidy. After we arrived, we discovered some nice gestures that, from my point of view, are not common for a holiday home and always brought a smile to our faces. Our own slippers were provided for us, which we could also take with us. The landlord also thought of our physical well-being and prepared a small sweet surprise for each of us. The children even received their own little sweet surprise. Since we cooked for ourselves in the evening, it was a pleasure to use the fully equipped kitchen. After dinner, we then made ourselves comfortable in the living area with the fireplace. We particularly appreciated that the landlord provided us with wood free of charge, so we could heat as we pleased. In addition to the TV program, DVDs, CDs, and books are available as alternatives. With a few rays of sunshine on Saturday afternoon, we were able to use the protected area at the back as well. Unfortunately, we didn't have cushions for the seats, so we asked the landlord to provide us with cushions, which he did immediately and very kindly. In general, it can be said that the landlord runs the bungalow with a lot of passion and great kindness. If the guest has a wish, he comes by and fulfills it. Since he lives nearby, you always have a contact person quickly on site. We had a great short break in a great bungalow. We will definitely come back and then the landlord promised us that there will be WiFi available for the kids.

Holiday in North-West Mecklenburg

My friend and I spent a few nice days there to escape from the stressful everyday life. The equipment in and around the house was high quality and up to date. The kitchen was equipped with two coffee machines (espresso and regular) and a dishwasher. The living area with its small stove was also a small highlight and invites you to feel comfortable even on colder days. For families with children, CDs, DVDs, and board games are available in case the weather outside is not pleasant. The proximity to the lake is also a plus. The service is excellent as the landlords live nearby and fulfill every wish if possible. In conclusion: I/we can recommend it for people like us who want to relax and simply have peace and quiet. It's a beautiful and quiet spot there.

Beautiful new holiday home with a fantastic view

My friend and I spent 1 week in August in this beautiful bungalow for relaxation. Upon our arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the landlords, who also live on site, and given a tour of the Little House by the Lake. Personal slippers were provided for each of us to take home, along with champagne and a box of chocolates! This was a wonderful way to start the holiday! Every room was perfectly cozy and harmonious down to the last detail. We immediately felt at home. The view of the lake from the terrace was simply fantastic. We also had free bikes to explore the area. Overall, the vacation ended much too quickly. But we will definitely come back!
