The cozy natural stone cottage was built in the year 2000 in typical Mallorcan style and the region around the house is dominated by almond cultivation. It is situated on a plot of approx. m² and has a living area of 140m² + terraces. The house is totally equipped and has 3 bedrooms + 2 bathrooms and Internet (WIFI).
The house is furnished with great attention to the details. The combination of rustic and modern furnishing items is a delight in this house. In the living room you can relax on the sofas and rocking chairs and watch Satellite TV. For the cozy atmosphere on colder days there is a fireplace. The open kitchen with breakfast bar, which is included in the living area, is equipped with microwave, ceramic hob, a fridge, dishwasher, etc. In the dining room you can eat comfortably or use the direct access to the terrace, where you have another dining table. Furthermore, there is a storage room with washing machine, dryer and large refrigerator.

Whether cultural, beach or sports lovers; By the good location of the house everybody will be satisfied. The nearest sandy beaches are at the Costa de los Pinos or Cala Millor. The golf fans reach “S’Era de Pula Golf” course in about 5 min. For cyclists and hikers we recommend the “Vía Verde”. A great selection of restaurants can be found in Cala Millor and along the Costa de los Pinos.

Price performance is right! We thought it was great!
This finca is rustic but offers enough space to retreat undisturbed. It is equipped with everything you need, there are very good shopping facilities in the area and the beach is only a few minutes' walk away. The finca is located on the road, which is only noticeable when some motorcyclists overdo it. Otherwise it is very quiet and relaxing. The pool is big enough, a roof provides enough shade. There is a barbecue behind the house, which was clean and big enough. The price-performance ratio is definitely right.
recommend for: holiday with children, beach holiday, romantic holiday
