The Holiday home

The two-storey villa consists of 4 bedrooms with double beds / single beds, 3 bathrooms, a small and large salon (80sqm) with an open fireplace, 3 private gardens with palm trees and canary plants, 2 south facing terraces with sea views. The terraces and the gardens are completely secluded and guarantee uninterrupted evenings at the barbecue or at the dinner table at evening sun. There is nothing between you and the sea, no beach!
The unique romantic location on a rocky promontory, about ten meters directly above the sea, with 180 degrees panoramic view, invite you to an unforgettable holiday. No car travel or walkers on a beach promenade, disturb your deserved rest.

The house is built in canarian style, with old material and furniture from the collection of insular art objects of the owners. The villa has two double bedrooms, each with en-suite bathroom, and a third double bedroom on the garden side, also with private bathroom. In addition there is a fourth bedroom with two separate beds in the lower floor, which has a bathroom on the upper floor for sharing. The communal pool is heated. It is however very little used, since the sea and the beach after a few stairs to the left and right of the facility can be reached immediately. Most guests prefer to swim into the sea and then lie down on their private terraces.

Our house has several, private and secluded terraces, a total of about 60 m2.
A covered barbecue area and an overdejjkter dining place allow you to barbecue outside, unobstructable from the outside

The property is located in Gran Canaria not far from Maspalomas directly on the beach of Playa del Aguila
The beautiful south-facing villa is located directly on the sea and has a fantastic panoramic view of 180 degrees above the Atlantic Ocean. It has 2 large terraces of about 60 m2 and gardens with palm trees and flowers, all secluded with views over the sea. The villa is located on a rocky promontory, between two beaches that are only a few steps from the house (literally one minute walk from the house to the beach).

You feel like you are on a ship in the middle of the ocean - it is ideal for a lot of peace and relaxation. Choose between the swimming pool or one of the two adjacent sandy beaches to enjoy the Canarian sun. Most owners and guests prefer the few steps to the beach and sea, so the pool, although heated, is rarely used.

It is romantic to listen to the waves and seagulls from the terrace, especially in the morning at sunrise or at dinner on the terrace with candlelight. You can also dive into the nightlife in the nearby Playa del Ingles. The dunes of Maspalomas are only a few minutes away.

The climate is year-round 20-30 ° a day; 15-20 ° at night.
Golf: Today Gran Canaria has six golf courses.

Danger
You will find cheaper houses in Gran Canaria, but our house has a unique location directly on the sea, is completely enclosed and quiet, although the restaurants and shops are within walking distance within one to two minutes reachable. Because of the sea, which directly adjoins our property, the ongoing maintenance and maintenance costs for our house and garden are significantly higher than with a house, which is from the sea. The house is in perfect condition due to running expenses.

Photos can be very deceptive. They do not show whether next to the object a busy parking lot or a noisy street adjoins. Then you have the bad surprise on arrival, but then it is too late and your holiday is broken. Often the property is also far from the sea and you have to go by foot or by bus or car to the beach and a parking.

On our website you can clearly see:
1) There can be no street next to it, as the object is built on a rocky slope with two beaches to the right and left, which are reached with a few stairs from the house
2) It has only positive comments, the lawn the house reaches up to the wall with the sea

Aufgrund unserer vielen Reiseurlaubserfahrungen sind wir mit einiger Skepsis hier angereist, weil wir nicht glauben konnten, daß die Beschreibung des Ferienhauses der Tatsächlichkeit entsprechen würde. Heute können wir sagen, daß es die Präsentation im Internet bei weitem übertroffen hat. Der Viel gepriesene Blick, die wunderschöne Lage, die perfekte Ausstattung, die Liebe zum Detail ist Menschen wie uns in dieser konzentrierten Form kaum begegnet.
